Ordered Samsung S10+ tempered glass online, however note 10+ arrived as the tempered glass was listed under the wrong headings, contacted Celcom was assured that a rep will phone me on Monday and will pick up the product and the correct covers will be send out as soon as the others are brought in by the rep, Wednesday followed up was informed that they are extremely busy and a rep will contact me within a few minutes. Friday was contacted by the same person who arranged the pick up and asked if I was happy with their service. What a joke! Will rather support a company that can actually provide an acceptable service. This is one instance where I should have read the reviews before using the company

I think you have good products, but to ensure that your order has reached the destination you dont bother. You need to be reminded always and you dont give feedbacks. Maybe its because we pay upfront thats why you dont care. Its been two to three weeks now. Sales section please take care of your customers.

I ordered a cover for my phone and 2 weeks later it has not even been shipped yet. When I contacted them to find out what is happening they just said they have a backlog and could not even give me an ETA. Im not sure how such an incapable company got the contract from Samsung to distribute the accessories for the new S10.
