I went and get myself a new contract from Vodacom Shop in Sandton, I was welcomed in a sublime manner from the manager to the staff who made my experience at the shop more delightful, but one staff member that takes the throne of both service delivery and professionalism is Godfrey, that man deserves a bell, he took his time to explain the terms of my contract and recommended the best mobile phone I should acquire. Thanks Godfrey for your dedication and hard work.

I had the worst experience taking a phone on contract! Took the matter to the manager whos named Jodie from Vodacom Sandton City and was the most awful manager Ive ever met! Very rude with an attitude!! After that experience, Im just waiting for this contract to end and Im never doing business with Vodacom so much as even buying a R5 airtime!Worst contracts with the worst service and the most entitled, rude employees Im still appaulled by the treatment I got from Jodie or whoever the name was

This is the MOST inefficient organisation on earth.Dont even try and get your under warranty phone repaired here.After 2 weeks the spares have arrived. A week later I call it is readycan I come in the morning YESYou cant make this stuff up. Phone not ready. Why? I dont know OR CARE

I just got off the phone with a lady by the name of Nthabeleng as I had to query about my contract and insurance. Nthabeleng was rude in explaining to me how vodacom and the insurance company works out the total amount debited from my account, I am not happy with how she handled everything. I am not happy with the customer service I received from Nthabeleng.

Today we went to fetch my boyfriend’s iPhone 11, that we had been on the waiting list for. We purchased a cover and screen protector from Apple prior to going to vodacom . The sales representative refused to give us the cellphone because we’re not going to be purchasing a cover and screen protector from vodacom. He was being serious and this was no joke as we thought it may have been. Without being funny, this is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs a reality check in this company if that is how they deal with customers , especially if they have a massive business contract under them . Vodacom do not necessarily provide offers that are more competitive to competitors . So essentially we cannot opt to buy a R30 000 phone unless we buy a R600 cover and R400 screen protector. Absolutely stupid!!!!!

What a substandard low quality company. I did a insurance claim in November due to damage on my Galaxy s10. Vodacom sold me insurance with no access, now they claim they can not contact the insurance company.My phone is At Sandton City repair centre.. since then. No calls,no sms,no response from Nonke branch manager. I had to go purchase another phone. So who is to pay for that and what about the arrears on my account. But ofcourse you sms and call for outstanding account fees... You Vodacom has really downgraded yourself to the Worst service company

Waiting in line just to get my phone back been waiting for 20 mins apparently only 1 person and the only person who can help you is a technician. This is after i need to get my phone back when no repairs have been done on it

Had the worst experience with Vodacom Insurance.. what a hassle. So today I went to Vodacom Shop in Sandton, I had been phoneless for weeks and kept getting messed around by Voda Insurance. Any ways , shout out to my brother Sipho!!! What an amazing consultant, he really helped me out and made sure I was leaving with my replacement phone that I should’ve gotten weeks ago. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even the manager came out and told the consultant to email me my receipt because they had an issue and I had been there for very long already. All In all I’m just over the moon with the service received from this Vodacom store. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Fourways again 😂 THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT VODACOM SANDTON, especially Sipho. keep it up guys!! 🙌😬

I had the worst experience with the staff at the store and am extremely disappointed. I took my phone in for repairs last week Tuesday on the 5th of March and was told the repairs take 2-3 days. After the mentioned days I called to find out when I An expect to receive my handset back and was told the store was unable to do the repairs in house and had been taken elsewhere when I asked what the turnover time would be no one seemed to have a clue which I found very strange and even requested for the relevant store personal to find out from the repair personnel but each time I was told they would get back to me but no one ever did. I firstly spoke to a guy named Nhlanhla who said he would get back to me on Monday but he never did and when I called the next day to follow up I was told he wasnt working that day then I spoke to a guy named Lucky who also said he would find out for me and would call me back in 10 min but he never did I had to follow up with him 3 hours later and he still couldnt give me an expectation of when Id receive my handset back.I then requested to speak to Management and the only person available was the Supervisor (Zweli) who also couldnt give an exact answer and said he would call the repair guys and let me know the following day but he never got back to me and when I called to follow up again I was told he was on lunch.Clearly its not just 1 person who lacks to take customers seriously as I dealt with 3 different people who all failed to assist me nor direct me to someone who could, its a store staffing issue. Til today I have no idea when Ill be getting my handset back or any feedback on an expectation of when I will receive it back.Im extremely baffled by this behavior exercised by the store even more so the Supervisor Zweli
