I took my car for some mechanical failure,no communications through out the day.I then call them around 16:00 to check the progress and they inform me my car wont be ready because it does not have enough fuel for them to test drive it, I told them to fill atleast 100 and invoice me when I come collect the car, but no one got back to me,here I am without a car its Thursday before Easter weekend and since no one communicated with me I do not know when I am getting my car...I am disappointed with this woodmead Nissan for simple not giving me updates...t
Worse experience ever, Firstly! on the day i was suppose to fetch my cari called the dealer letting him know around what time i will be there and on my arrival i was told that the car i chose was not in good condition which i think was just BULL they sold the car to someone and then my dealer and his manager tried to sell me a car that was not enen on the list of cars that i wanted and had to drive back to Benoni.that was in February, fast forward to September i dont have my car papers nothing from them.today on the 10.09.2020 i called them again i was told that my dealer is no longer working for them so i have to take my car for road worthy at my expence for their negligence before i can get my papers

The service manager was very helpful & assisted me to reenter the security code for the car radio.This standard of service definitely deserves a good rating. I would happily bring my vehicle here for its regular service rather than the dealer I used to deal with.The other dealership insisted that I brought the vehicle in for them to enter the security code. This dealership asked me why I did not phone them to save myself the trip & expense. They asked me that they would have happily given it to me telephonically

Took my wife to get her Rensault serviced at McCarthy Woodmead. This is her experience: dropped the car off at 07:15. Got a call at 13:30 to say the service was complete, the car needed to be washed & then it could be collected. Arrived at about 15:00. Was told the car had been washed, but still needed to be dried and the interior cleaned. Was asked to come back in half an hour. Duly came back in half an hour, paid, and was asked to wait a little longer. Waited until almost 16:00 and then went to demand my car be returned to me. After another wait my UNWASHED car was brought around. Asked to speak to the Dealer Principal and was taken to the Service Manager instead. He offered a long tale about being in the process of firing the wash bay manager who works for Bidvest, but offered no compensation for my lost time or the lack of a washed car. Now awaiting a call from the Dealer Principal of McCarthy Woodmead...

In the month of May19 I went to the center with a complaint of noise coming near to wheels. They said that the wheel arc cover was loose and we dint have clips to fix the wheel arc cover, hence we have temporarily fixed it with one clips. This issues started appearing again and today went to service center again and they said that they still dont have those clips with them. The surprising thing is they are running a big service center and they still dont have those clips in spare or in there store. R they only interested in getting an easy money through service only, I am highly dissatisfied.

I went to McCarthy Renault with my mother and sister to buy a car. Upon arrival, the staff looked at us and did not give us any assistance. We wanted to buy one of the models and looked around for help but no one was available. A black car salesman appeared but he was busy with another customer, and called his white colleagues to help us. But again they just looked at us and did not help. This was classic racial profiling in modern day South Africa. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves.

Good service, went to get a replacement aerial from Renault , friendly and speedy service. But parking is a problem with most of the car dealerships in Woodmead , it only has 1 entrance so youll make it work.
Renault Woodmead is the best branch in my opinion. Their staff are always friendly and very willing to assist.
Good but the drivers are not friendly. I was waiting for drop off with another lady. And when the car came we both went to the car pointed by one stuff member. But when the drive got in asked me why am I in his car. I was so angry. Didnt understand why such behavior

I made an inquiry about a 2013 Toyota Etios Cross via Used Car Deals website on the 12/03/2013. I received email confirmation of my inquiry stating that my request would be forwarded to McCarthy Nissan Woodmead. On Monday 14/03/2015 @ 08:20 I received a call from the McCarthy Call Center, do not recall the lady name but she was helpful. Asked me a few questions and advised that a sales person would be in contact with me. True to her word a lady by the name of Ellie called me also discussed the vehicle I made inquiries about, I advised her that it was actually my partner who was looking for the car and gave her the details to contact my partner. I also advised her that we are in Durban, she said it would not be a problem and the car can be delivered at an additional cost. She also advised me the car she had was a 2013 Etios Cross for about R129 000.She then called my partner on her cell and they agreed that Ellie would send the spec of the vehicle as well as pictures of inside an outside via email.Tuesday morning my partner followed up as no email was received and to our surprise Ellie advised her that the vehicle was SOLD but will continue to look for others for her. Not once did she mention in the conversation on Monday that the vehicle that was there was actually sold and she would look for another one to meet her criteriaShe stated the vehicle was sold in January but McCarthy was waiting for the buyer to collect. Besides the fact that we are disappointed in the service we have received I want to know is1. Why would a sale person contact a potential client about vehicle that already has been sold and do not have any other vehicles of the request in your possession?2. Why did Ellie not email and advise us that the vehicle was sold instead of waiting for us for to email us the specs and pictures. We had to follow up with her.3. Why advise the potential client arrangements can be made to deliver the vehicle to Durban at an extra cost of R1000.00 if they vehicle is not available?4. Why call us advising that the vehicle we made enquirers on was available.Lastly I would also like to add that when Ellie asked my partner if a deposit was being put down and she advised her YES and the amount, she immediately noticed a change in her attitude towards a potential deal needless to say no email was received or a further call from her to advise that the vehicle was not available, but with this kind of practice word of mouth on the service we received from McCarthy Nissan Woodmead would not be positive.Lets just hope that no other person has experienced the same service.Very DisappointedCharlie

Sales agent take advantage of first time buyers. Take notes of everything they have said to you and ask them to sign for it. Also ask for the manager and ask them to sign as well. No one wants to take responsibility for anything.
