Worst Mercedes Benz dealership. No customer service AT ALL. Called in to book a service and was told to come in the next day as they have an open slot, but on the day they changed their attitude and story around. Made me wait over an hour until they have a meeting with directors to decide whether they can go ahead with my service. Complete waste of time and energy! Will NEVER call there again. Wouldnt even give them a single star. Pathetic!!!

Officially the worst Merc in Jhb. You wait at reception for a long time before the receptionists attends her job after her Smoke break. She returns trekking if cigarettes and unfriendly. You will wait for a long time for anyone to even ask you how they can help. The friendliness starts and stops with the security guards. The workshop gents are friendly and willing to run around to make sure youre assisted but the sales and office staff are absolutely inattentive and dont care to even offer a seat while you wait. If I never return here, it would be too soon.The security and service staff earned the one star.

Lovely customer services

After a week of back and forth and our car being towed to a dodgy panel beater in Randburg for a mere tyre replacement they called to tell me the wheel has been replaced today. Upon collection I was told that I needed to make payment which had already been made and acknowledged by the sales rep Eclin. Long story short he ran around for half an hour trying to find the said email when I finally got the car. I must say the security guards have the most excellent customer service, ever.

The service at this dealership is world class. From the drinks and snaks offered free to the cleaness and design of the spa itself what isnt to like?Talking about the service, i like the fact that you systematically reveive a follow up call from the quality and customer service to rate your experience. And if you have any complain they will follow through and address it promptly. So its not just a lip service.If you do not have a ride pick up up your car, the dealership offer a chauffeur and a car to pick you when your car is ready (another charge)...just awesome!

2 stars goes to security guards and a receptionist who didnt have a choice but do her work. I went there because Im thinking of moving my business from BMW to Mercedes-Benz (Worst decision). The guards gave me a warm welcome and directed me to an entrance, when I arrived their receptionist was on a phone call but shes smiled to acknowledge my presence, all staff members (beautiful white ladies) were having a nice conversation to themselves as there were no other customers. On my way to the showroom, I greeted them only to be ignored and let to check cars by myself without help. When I left I told the guy outside about my experience, he said my dress code might have been the one to cause all that, I didnt look like a potential customer. Wow do I need a suit to look like a potential customer at Mercedes-Benz? Ive been to 4 BMW garages at JHB and I have never been discriminated.
