Mr Thabo agreed to do a portrait photoshoot for my company website but never showed up. I waited for 3hrs in suit for nothing.Good job 👍

A guy called Colbert ‘helped’ me and was so rude and unhelpful. Kept trying and he just was so bored wouldn’t try help me.

Terrible service - when you ask them how long it will take it they say 10min and then when you send them the photo and pay, they tell you 30min. Wont be back - found another photo place a few shops away! Cheaper and quicker!

I went to have passport photos taken. They do not mention how long it will take. I ask for a 40mm by 60mm Black or color and When I ask the price of the different photos eg black / white or colour the lady has no idea and looks at me blankly.The one guy says for the size I want I have to have colour. Which was totally untrue. They take the photos before they do anything after taking the photo they ask me for payment. The payment was taking forever to do as they had to change the paper on the card machine and the lady kept putting it in incorrectly and it was not printing. In the process I said are the photos printing in the mean time. She said no she still has to fix the photo and send it for printing. I asked can someone else do that while she is trying to sort the payment as I was in a hurry. The rude manager told me to exercise patience and told me that I have to wait at least 10Minutes before anyone can help print the picture. I was furious how dare he tell me to exercise patience. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how say it. Finally after a long wait I get my if pictures the lady hands them to me with no envelope or a packet this is after paying R 114.00 for 4 pictures ( High way robbery)I then tell the manager that the shops service and his attitude has been very bad and I will be speaking to the owner of the shop he told me that I can speak to God also. I was shocked at his response he is working in a shop that should pride its self on customer service. Absolute disgrace and would never recommend this shop to anyone. I don’t even give them a 1 I give the a zero for customer service and a awful attitude.

Pathetic service. Went in to use the self service kiosk and asked a staff member which station I could use. Karabo then started punching buttons on the station and said I must share. So I said wait let me put blue tooth on. He rushed me and said just share. I told him I wanted 2 postcard sized photos. He ran to the back of the store and then when I went up he hurriedly gave me an a4 PAPER not photo paper with one blur copy. When I said I would speak to the manager he said it would cost 1 rand. Ill never go back. Since they moved the service is disgusting

L like to thank the manager (brian)and his team for a brilliant and efficient service going beyond the call of duty making sure l get my 50th birthday pictures printed ,they waited an hour after trading hours to make sure my work was done..in this day time is key but these gents and lady gave their time for me .will always support you

Poor service I had to explain more then numerous times to different people what I want which was a pic printed on my pillow then I was told 3different prices then having to wait 3hours for the pillow when I was told id get it in an hour. Complained and was still required to pay normal price.even the manager didnt help!!!!! Never again

Such poor service here from Brian! All I’ve come for is passport pictures- he’s sullen, sarcastic. I had my photo taken - mug shot style. I then pay and ask for my receipt which, I’m entitled to as soon as I make payment. Apparently I can’t get this until I collect my photos. When I ask repeatedly for it so when I return to the shop, I have easy reference, I get told “I’m sure you are not going to die if you don’t have it for 10 mins”Really? You call this customer service?

Best place for printing that Ive found. Specifically printing onto clothing. Friendly staff and only took an hour to print.A4 printing: R100A5 printing: R50

Took a disposable camera in, just to realise they didnt put my photos on the disc I received. I drove all the way from Centurion to Sandton City for nothing

I do all my printing here -- I enjoy the late ours, so even after work i can still get print outs.Prices are still good, so is the service.

The quality is terrible. I had what should be a very special t shirt printed but it looks terrible. The printing is on the wrong side and it looks like they printed a sticker and glued it. And it is skew. The display items lool stunning but I will wash the floors with what I just got.

It was a little annoying when we had to tell 3 different people the exact same information. Apart from that, the service was quick which is what we needed.

Over priced on printing , please compare prices to other places before printing and printed picture colours are completely incorrect (over saturated) . Service was good though
