Lebo was a super star and helped us n our hour of need. She was able to access the photo requirements for our visa application, took the pictures and made sure they were correct. She responded when edits were required and was an all round rock star!

One of the worst stores I’ve ever set foot in. Bald guy with glasses, Craig I think, had zero time for me on a whole camera purchase. Went home to do online price comparisons to find the camera I was looking for. This is the real issue at hand. They wanted to sell me a second hand Nikon D750 at R19999 which I thought was a bit high. Found one at KAMERAZ in Rosebank from Martin brand new sealed in the box including a Sandisk 64GB 300 ms card and an extra Nikon original battery for only R18995. Won’t be back ever. Kameraz also gave me free coffee and parking!!!

So I bought a gimbal and asked multiple times how much is it and about its functions then I paid for it but apparently I got the wrong gimbal (even though I was shown how to use this wrong gimbal by multiple stuff members and was told by multiple stuff members that that wrong gimbal is the price I bought it for) and Joel the guy that helped me with the purchase contacted me about how I got the wrong gimbal and I bought it way to cheap for its price range I got so mad because they made it my fault for getting this wrong gimbal and this Joel guy kept spamming my phone. Like what did I do wrong? Hes contacting me like Im a criminal and if it wasnt for the fact that I needed camera lenses they wouldnt have got my phone number. The stuff is poorly trained. Im not happy I dont think they even deserve a star for what they put me through I paid the amount that they told me to pay now how am I wrong really? Like why are they contacting me like I dont have things to do and like I stole from them when I actually when out with a receipt.

Great service here. I had tried to purchase a bag from them online, and a day later received a call to apologize for the mishap as they had been out of stock on the product. The refund was effected immediately in order that I could buy the bag from another supplier.Highly recommended.

Complete ripoff, I was interested in buying a Nikon D3500, so i went into them and they told me R6000 I then go in about 3 weeks later and they now tell me R7100 when Cameraland Cape Town also has it for R6000, they then tell sorry we cant do that price. FALSE ADVERTISING, I mean seriously and not to mention the fact that the salesman was not professional and could barely count. Very disappointed, definitely recommend another store

Bought a Nikon lense cap for R400 yesterday. The sales staff that assisted me took the lense cap out of the packaging and put it on my lense, which I took but did not get the packaging.Upon inspection of the cap later that day I found it to be very similar to a fake I had purchased and returned on Bidorbuy: cheap plastic build with a very squeaky pinching mechanism. I went back to the store to return the lense cap, being dissatisfied with the quality of the product for the price.The manager, Craig, insisted on not accepting the return of the item because he saw nothing wrong with the cap despite me complaining that I was unhappy with the quality.The gentleman that I dealt with the previous day eventually stepped in an offered a replacement which was clearly better built and had a smooth pinch mechanism.Overall a really unpleasant experience because of the manager. Would not shop for photographic equipment from this store in future based on this experience. They dont accept returns.
