An amazing space to have breakfast or lunch with friends. It also has very friendly waiters. Had a blast with my friend there.

I visited here with a few friends for my birthday and overall had a great experience. Their cocktails are well made and very pretty. There service was good our server regularly checked to see if we were doing alright.

Why do we still have to complete the form with all your details? I was told quite aggressively that head office requires this. I agree to sanitising and my temperature checked but unless this is enforced for every single movement you make like with Level 5, it makes no sense because tracking someone’s movements who is positive is basically impossible at this stage. It’s just an inconvenience.

Been here a couple of times and have had positive experiences. Professional and friendly waiters and waitresses and a great manager to top it off. Good food and good specials as well. Would definitely recommend

Wow what an experience me and my friend had lunch and coctails. The staff was friendly and on the ball with the service. Food was delicious, i had the spicy chicken quesadilla and my friend had the Sirloin and we both enjoyed it.We tried a few cocktails on the menu and it was yummy. We saw they have alot of specials breakfast lunch and sundowners. A big thanks to Craig the manager who made us feel at home. We wil definitely be back with friends.

Chilled and the stuff is amazing

Great specials on vegetables. I also love the sweets and nuts dispenser section. Quite a huge variety there for your selection. I think pricing though is relatively steep in this section. Customer Service is good although o can suggest consistent availability of certain vegetables, there was no broccoli when we were there which we were actually looking for not sure what else was out of stock. Anyway Id definitely shop there regularly if I lived on the area.

The staff was friendly and I was seated rather quickly, the problem was the food, was not hot like in the past, fairly luke warm.

Accommodating staff, and the food was nice. The drinks menu needs a bit of work though. 4 stars.

I have not been to NewsCafe in a while as I see it as noisy and a club. Also I don’t think I am the target audience. My brother from another mother asked we meet at Rivonia News Cafe. I was very impressed with :Food - greatStaff - service amazing and respectful and friendlyNoise - they had a live band and I find it noisy and not really great music or singing. I asked to be moved inside , it was better but still noisy.Overall for those who don’t mind loud noise and sounds plus great service and food , it’s the place to try.

Love the NewsCafe menu lately, compared to some 2 years ago. Platters to share are really great. Just had steak and chips for lunch which was excellently made, but took a bit long for a lunch break meal.

Wouldnt let us book a birthday dinner because some people are under the age of 23. Never heard such rubbish, as long as you have a drivers license you can do a track day with Ferrari so why cant you eat at a restaurant if youre a young adult. Its a shame because we couldve been loyal customers for many years.

Wow! Was it loud! So News Rivonia has decided to get a dj in (not sure if its Friday and Saturday). Music was pretty good, but it definitely isnt the place to have a conversation. Drinks were decent, service was good.
