My first time to the place. When I arrived there was a lady at the door who did not even acknowledge me or offer me a table. She was busy on her phone.I was not aware that patrons are allowed to smoke inside.I went in for a quick lunch since I was in the area. I enjoyed the pork chops though.I ordered passion fruit with lemonade twice and on both occasions the lemonade cans were dirty and sticky on the outside.

The food at Santis Bar and Grill is just amazing and very tasty. The food and drinks are served by very friendly staff. Sunninghill is very fortunate to have this absolutely wonderful establishment.

Great bar to have a couple beers, theres a jukebox which is always banging some tracks, and if you play the right song everyone sings along.

Ordered a vegetarian lasagne and Melanzane and can honestly say I was horrified. We waited over an hour for our food (even though it was not busy as we went at 11:40 am) and when it finally came it looked disgusting. Both the lasagne and Melanzane had liquids floating on top and was extremely soggy. It looked disgusting and the only thing stopping us from sending it back was the fact that we were hungry and did not want to wait another hour. On top of that, while the Lasagne was a nice portion, the Melanzane seemed like half portion only with it not filling the serving dish. Really disappointed with the quality of the food we received.

Food was delicious. Nice entertainment evenings, karaoke Friday, Wednesday quiz nights. Even a Jukebox. Great bar to watch sports at. Smoker friendly areas. Seem still pretty new, but with good potential.

The food is usually impeccable and delicious and lately, there have been no good food experiences which is disappointing because we love the place!! 5 people i know have complained about the food lately which is so sad because we are all used to delicious and great food from santis, better than most places in the area.I truly hope this review is taken as constructive criticism and that the food goes back to the way we all know it to be.

This place reminds me of the sitcom Cheers. Cause everyone knows your name. Very friendly and authentic vibe. Hands on management by the owner ensuring quality food backed by superb service.

We were rudely turned away because they closed early for some odd reason. We got there at 7pm and two waiters rudely turned us away without even opening the door for us. We went there once before and enjoyed their food and decided to go again but to be utterly disappointed. The way we were treated is no way to treat anyone, not just customers. They couldve just opened for us and explained why they closed earlier than usual on that particular day.Utterly disappointed and well never go there again. Customer service is terrible.

Good customer service from staff. They redeem vouchers without hassles. Great dining experience.They have a standard menu and ongoing in-house specials for different occasions. Local and imported beers are available.A great sports bar as well and has a smoking zone.

A great bar rich in culture and diversity. Great for grabbing a drink and conversing after a long day at work. Karaoke on Fridays, closes around 2am, depending on the crowd and they have a jukebox so you can play music you like.

Those poor waiters really dont know much about the wines they have. But they more than make up for it with friendly swift service. Love karaoke night on a Friday! The crowd was delightfully crazy and supportive. Started off quiet and then swelled to what felt like a concert. It was such great fun. Definitely going back there.

Great food. Got the Rib special. They were cooked to perfection but the basting was a little too tangy. Overall was happy with the drinks, food, service.

The food is good. Coffee is okay. They need to spruce up the place in terms of decor and furniture as it looks a bit worn and old. Wouldnt have gone there if they were not on the entertainer app. Our waiter was also not very helpful and didnt know the menu well.

Had one of the legendary burgers and it was delicious. The vibe and music is great, vast genre playlist so everyone is kept happy. I would have rated it 5 stars if only it wasnt for the smoking in the pub even though it has no smoking signs in plain sight. The smokers were really just blowing smoke all over the place and as a non smoker, I hated that. Oh; the karaoke is really on point though.

Food order - False advertising on Mr D App portions are what I would consider to be Less than small (Tip if you want to charge for a full chicken meal then do so/ but do not offer with a full chicken meal what we got as a small chips, If it even was a small portion and a spoon full of spinach, no attempt made to correct the error what so ever! I have to give one star but you deserve none!!! Watch out for false advertising of their meals !!

Kind of a lively bar perfect for an ice cold beer on tap after work.Their drinks are way better priced than Keg a few hundrer meters away, some weekends there is live band.See lot of locals from neighbouring residential complexes.Good, fast and efficient service.

Went there to try out from entertainer app. Neither the waitress or manager understand there menu and are baffled by the phrase choice of chefs veg AND choice if starch. The entertainer app says buy one get one free but they think it has a maximum of R100. Medium steak ordered comes as rare to medium rare so overall experience is thus is a rubbish restaurant experience and total waste of money. Only highlight was Mike the waiter who should be employed as manager

Place was to loud. I purchased a cocktail deal on hyperli. The cocktails were horrible, to sweet, watered down, poor presentation, bad and slow service. I ended up not finishing my drink. There was a lady standing right next to where we were seated swearing and shouting at her friends across the road. Management did not stop her. It was a very unpl situation. She was swearing an being very noisy in the game room. Snails were very good though. This is a local bar and its clear there are many regulars and maybe that is why the management are not phased by the bad service

The food was hella cold, had to wait 45min for a mere salad. Plates dirty. Service subpar, waitress had to be reminded to serve us several times. Nope!!!
