Dont waste your time. Not even their website works. They are probably a training ground for future Government ministers. Here at Obssa they train to do nothing.
I referred a case to the ombudsman after FNB failed to reimburse me R7500 that was fraudulently withdrawn from my account. It took them 3 weeks to register the case after I had to call them every 2nd day. Absolutely nothing has since been done so I had to eventually just give up on ever resolving the issue. Dont waste your time with this useless institution.
Do not waste your time with the Obssa, they are in the interests to protect the banks, they do not care for you or what the Banks have done to you.
