The place has large volume of units catering for all different sizes of families. From a bachelor to couples with young ones. Unit sizes are for convenience and nothing much to boast about. The security at the entrance is good enough and will be of a comfort to most.

A pleasant well kept residential complex with good security and amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse.

There place is nearer to Montecasino ,shopping mall and theres a parking is safe and secured included complex

Nice and quiet estate. The access system is not too efficient though. Sometimes the access codes might not work, and you have to wait for your host to probably walk to the gate to open for you, and the security personnel at the gate are quite unhelpful. One would expect that they would at least provide information on how the access to the premises works, moreso when one is visiting a host that is also new in the complex.

The place is nice, the guards’ names are always something to enjoy - we’ve had Never, Panic, General and a whole lot of guys manning the gate that were just gold! 😝
