Old is Gold , Lovely set of apartments , they have a huge Garden at the back , Walking distance to Sandton Sun and nelson Mandela Square . Safe , secure and Quiet. Spacious units though some units might be dated. Well run .

Good place

Majuba is a residential complex being part of 3 buildings inside the 7 Alice Lane. The houses are well built and spacious. The facilities are old though and apartments are atleast multiple years old. The complex has Squash and Lawn Tennis courts inside along with a Swimming Pool. The security is very good and it feels safe inside the complex. Thanks

Nice location right in the middle of sandton. Apartments are nice and rooms are quite large - not the super small all too common sandton flats, although I am not sure about the rental.

Literally within walking distance to Sandton City Mall and many high end companies like Norton Rose, ABSA Capital, EN Africa among others, Majuba is a prime location to call home.The rooms are spacious and although the architecture is old, it has character and communal living written all over it.Young professionals working in Sandton would benefit much from renting an apartment in Majuba any day and smart investors, would do well to snap up any unit offered for sale as the address and location of Majuba, remains enviable and super attractive.
