I have lived here for 6 months. There has been water on consecutive mornings less than 12 times. In fact to have any water in your flat is a blessing as you will go days without. They will not warn you of this before you move in. In addition the manager of the estate isn’t helpful in this regard. They have have informed us this problem will persist past 2022. I would look elsewhere.It has a good location though so if you don’t mind only being able to shower on the rare occasion there is water then it is for you.
Place has no stable water supply. You can be lucky if you have some water in the evenings. No water during the day, at least not in upper floor units. I bought a unit 6 months ago - they didnt say anything about the water issue. Latest information is that the problem wont be solved before 2022. Biggest nightmare.
