The Central Square Apts have certainly lived up to all the hype and having now resides here for one year, I’ve been able to experience the buildings, the staff (and the residents) development and growth which is still in constant flux. The architecture in itself is impressive and striking, notably the sky deck where the infinite pool invites one to laze away warm summer days.Very gradually there have been additions within the complex on the commercial side with the 5star restaurant “Epicure” still taking center stage. Unfortunately, as with many businesses , shops that have opened up have been short lived due to being unsustainable with lack of foot traffic, and the promised business suites have still not been forth coming . These negatives still give Central Square as a complex a hollow feel. On the positive side , the gym is no doubt the busiest and most vibrant I’ve experienced in a very long time with excellent staff and an abundance of patrons. Equipment is state of the art and everything maintained to optimum levels .We did peruse a variety of Apts on an array of levels and configurations being very particular as to aspect , space and of course price and availability . The agent from Kent Gush Real Estate, Shaun Groves, who ultimately was looking after us, deserves accolades and medals for his determination, tenacity ( or stubbornness !) in his efforts to get us into the apt “of our dreams “ & went every extra mile to do just that . We had intended initially to lease this apt for the min time frame 6/8 months , but it’s genuinely become more like our mini home now . In fact it’s larger than most two bedroom homes in central Sydney Aust! The indoor/outdoor living with our 270 degree balcony sweeping the entirety of the apt; provides the exact lifestyle we desire. Security is right up there and even if I’m alone I never feel fretful . The staff are always on top of everything going on and yes there’s some drawbacks that will eventually be rectified over time but as an overall summation I’m more than satisfied and content living here and feel justified in my rating of 5 stars .

It has an evocative architecture and intelligent interiors. A space that connects with its community, reflects itsresidents and redefines the urban living experience. Everything is central, hence its name.
