This store is under new management and the food quality and service has definitely improved alot. Highly recommended.

We placed an order for collection: full chicken, 4 rolls and large chips. This was the ugliest meal I ever had since I was born. The spice used in the chicken and the chips tasted very bitter. None of us in the household could consume them. Ended up being enjoyed by the dogs.Update: 28/09/21 I got a call from the new management to come and collect a meal for free. I can say it was a 360 degree turn. I enjoyed the pita and chips. I can now recommend it to other people. Will definitely place orders

Ordered a chimichanga tonight, and after getting home, 30km out of town, and want to eat, I realise the white stuff neatly stored in a separate container, which should be sour cream is off, all chunky curdled. Why do you sell off food to your customers? This placrd closef a while ago, before lockdown, snd when it gets a second chance you do this. Really!

We thought we would try them out and I was not impressed. The burgers were substandard, a little bit dry...

Food was pathetic. Shawarma that I ordered was ice cold and soggy. When I went back to at least get it heated they told me its the lettuce that made it cold. I honestly dont know how the lettuce can cause the shwarama bread to feel as if its just taken out of the fridge. Could not even pick it up without the whole thing falling apart. Will never order here again.

Definitely a place Id order from again. The food was really on point, much better than expected. Customer service could definitely be better, it wasnt bad though, staff just need some brushing up on certain workplace etiquette. Neat and clean. Just remember that with such a saucy, tasty, messy burger, one would definitely need some serviettes next time, and maybe some sauce in sachets for a takeaway to go with the chips.SANHA APPROVEDWell done management. Service not similar to others Mochachos around the country. Staff is not friendly to customers, and assume you are a local and speak their language.

Lovely decor and warm, friendly service. There was too much spice on my chips and chicken, but it was still delicious.

Cant complain about the service because there is no service!! Waited about 15 min to be helped but instead they keep on helping others. I left there with no food! Will rather go somewhere else

Chicken burnt and dry

Ordered a sit down meal. They were more interested in deliveries and take always which resulted in us getting cold food. They got the order wrong and didnt bring what was on the slip. Was the worst experience ever at a Mochachos. Will never visit this store again.
