Despite the slow service, it remains my pizza place of choice. The food was very tasty. It offered call and collect orders. Patrons collecting vs patrons placing orders arent easy identified, no signs to tell you how things work at the time of my last visit.

Pizza is awesome, best in town, BUT over last 6 months, their cold drinks have never been cold EVER! Very disappointing. Who wants to buy a warm cold drink with your pizza. Staff have a blasé attitude about warm cold drinks.

We ordered a Sweet Chilli chicken pizza pie but got a chicken mayo instead, on top of that we found a cockroach inside one of the pizza pies. Very very disgusted.

Food took too long to be made i waited longer than 30 mins for two small pizzas and asked for a refund the cashier said wait 5 more minutes and then he said no take your money it wont be finished

Last time i ordered Sweet Chillie Chicken and some slices had bacon cuts in them and I had to throw it away. Today I ordered BBQ chicken and Pineapple and there is mushrooms in it, I have to throw it away because my wife and kids dont eat mushrooms. I am totally not happy about your service

I ordered online and still wiated more than 30 minutes. When i got my order it was burnt and the bbq sauce was not spread evenly. It was all in the middle . Very dissapointed

Romans Pizza in Rustenburg Square besides being reasonable with variety of toppings and specials to choose from, it is user friendly and easy to find, theres no parking stress, as you can also park diagonally opposite to the Square. I love the fact that you have an option of ordering online on the web, or you can order telephonic ally, so that when you arrive its ready for collection. They render a good service and theres comedy video clips playing on their screens to entertain customers while passing time. Its a good strategy to pass time.. The kids love it.

This is a nice and chilled small restaurant with a nice and friendly service. There is quite a cool atmosphere although the sitting is a little bit too clustered. Other than that the food and service is okay.

1) Having 4 shops in Rustenburg, all having the same contact number and not knowing which is which, if you are from out of town, when wanting to place an order, is very confusing.2) I placed a telephonic order and went to fetch it just now. When I got back to the office, I found that my barbecue spare rib and pineapple, does not gave ANY pineapple on it. Im not ordering from them again.

Never answer their calls. So unreliable. Very disappointed Romans pizza Square

Placed an order at 6pm I received my food 19:48pm, tried to call they put me on hold for 15min then they end the call service is poor this is not the first time I use to order by them at least once a week wont order from them ever again

Again the staff do not listen. Asked for thin base and received thick base. Not first time this happens. Also maybe my own problem because I did not do their job by double checking.

Efficient and effective service, friendly staff too. Calling in to order is the best decision you could ever make for yourself, you literally walk in, pay and collect your order instantly.

Always friendly and clean, it lacks a little on the outside with a big trash bin. Speed is key and they seem to outperform most places with a high volume of customers. Food tastes great and it does not stand on the shelf long. All customers gets served in little time.

Please create more seating area especially outside while waiting for your order. Furthermore improve your system to keep customers informed how far is there order, also indicate when is ready for collection.

Pizza is the best in Rustenburg no doubt but it gets quite busy and have had wrong orders with thick and thin base in the past (spinning staff?) also dont feel safe in parking area or sitting outside the store waiting for pizza as there is no shortage of pushy beggers and hawkers

One would expect when placing an order and paying premium prices, that the topping in the description will be on the pizza (I am usually a debonairs client and wanted to try out Romans) guess Ill stick with debonairs
