This is the best Wimpy in Rustenburg. It is never too full, the staff there goes all our of their way to make sure the customer is happy. My daughter loves the place so we go atleast every 2 months . You can have a meeting there and be fully satisfied of the customer service. Keep it up

So we are here for 50 minutes.... only got drinks.... looking for our waiter... but she has too many tables to attend to us. 2 waiters for a Saturday lunch. Im so annoyed! No manager in site and everything dirty and sticky! Im too angry to order anything! I will not return!!

When I grab a coffee break I prefer relaxing surroundings which I didnt get here. Inside the music and customers were too loud so I moved outside, but that was just as bad. This Wimpy is situated on the sidewalk of a busy parking area so you are treated to exhaust fumes and noisy vehicles. The waiter never checked up on us after giving us our coffee and this influenced my rating greatly. I do not like hovering waiters but I do enjoy a waiter that is checking up on their customers. Unfortunately I doubt if Ill return here soon.

My practice is close and when my wife is not in town I visit the Platinum Square Wimpy because the service is superior and the food always good quality. Got to know the manager and he is very friendly and totally in control of his shop.

Wimpy has the best deals on breakfast and coffee but other than that I would avoid them .Im giving this location a 3 star because the outdoor seating is basically where everybody who does shopping walks by . Its too open and in public .

I dont enjoy this Wimpy at all. Food is on standard as you would expect, but it simply took to long, food always takes long. We have even tried ordering food and drinks at the same time but still we wait long every time. It wasnt even busy, I think 5 tables outside. The problem is the kitchen, staff on the floor are up to standard.

Well located although service was a bit slow and to top it off there werent that many customers, all and all about 20 max.Also my toast that I got with my breakfast had mould on....... Didnt appreciate their approach to that solution, only said Sorry!!

Was good. Had a veggie burger. Asking for vegan options is normally horriblr and keeps from going out, but had an enjoyable time. Will go again.

For a franchise know for breakfast this Wimpy branch has no clue. They dont know what soft yolks are, and the slush machine is never in a working order.

Poor service. Waited for almost 30 minutes before being helped and that was only after I stood up and fetched a waiter. Took almost an hour with our drinks and got our food order totally wrong. Waiter tried to fixed the situation though.
