All I can say is I regret changing from the WiFi provider I was using to Infinity Wireless. To think that Im paying for a service I am not getting makes it even worse. Hubby called to lodge a complaint on Friday 2 September 2021 and we were assured that they would be looking into the problem on why our WiFi was down. Its Saturday now and as I write about my familys experience with Infinity, my children can not get their homework done and I can not get any work done. What makes it worse it seems Infinity has no sense of urgency when it comes to its customers. And yes on Saturday we called again and all we were asked is were we stay and that was the end of it. As of now I will surely not recommend Infinity Wireless to anyone.

What wonderful service we got from the friendly techs from Infinity Wireless. They were fast and sufficient in installing our Wi-fi. They answered all our questions and explained the whole system to us. Amazing service thank you so much!!

Dont even waste your money! What an absolute head ache it has been to get a stable connection that I am paying R900 a month for. My router says connected without internet more times a day, and yes on a Daily basis, than I actually have internet, despite the router being replaced by iWireless, and everytime you contact technical support its some other excuse about why you dont have internet. Its not worth the head ache, trust me, stay away! I would have rated zero stars if I could.

Infinity was quick with setting up our system and we have not had one day of issues! Great service!

Company is basically a scam. I pay for 10mbps down and 5mbps up but I dont even get 1mbps up or down. They tell you to message them on telegram then never respond, then when you ask them why they dont respond they tell you its not working hours. I wish their were zero stars. I only use these guys since I stay in a new estate and there are no isps except them.

What I really enjoy about IW services is that they are willing to go above and beyond for you. Great services.

I love infinity because the internet is excellent and doesnt buffer. When there is a breakage or interruption somewhere, they do let us know and it is fixed timeously. Keep up the good work Infinity!!!

I struggled A couple of weeks getting internet installed in my home..I contacted Infinity Branch in Rustenburg..A lady named Charmain assisted me from the start.She was very quick in response and very helpfull..I got my application form in the afternoon at 15:00..15:30 I send all my documents back to charmain.In A couple of minutes she gave me A Call and arranged the installation for the next day..A Technition named Gerhard phoned me the next morning early and asked if he Can install my internet..I am A sales manager of A company in Rustenburg and beleive in the best service.This is the type of service that blew my mind..The best service in years from any company I did bussiness with.Thank you Charmain,Gerhard and Infinity..Keep up the good work..With my hard earned money I will support this company with A huge smile..Regards Francois Lombard

Internet is reliable most of the time, the staff is professional

Very professional, not the cheapest when compared to other cities and towns, but competitive for Rustenburg. Unfortunately no fiber option for my address, but the wi-fi is sufficient for streaming and browsing. Ping becomes a problem sometimes with online gaming

Very unstable, not good for Gaming!

This ISP is the WORST EVER! I pay top premiums for a very very kak connection and even more kak service. Seems like all negative reviews are replied to using a standard response template but all fair reviews are replied to with a personal touch!The only time that the connection works is when they need to send their invoices and to tell you when the account must be paid! When asked about connectivity problems, you will wait for days for a copy and paste answer!I’m sick of this provider! They cost me a lot of money day in and day out. Same ol BS, at my expense! I’m taking this matter further!DONT USE THIS PROVIDER! Service and connection if a major FAIL!

Had an issue tonight struggling with my Playstation, and in the process reset all the settings on my router. I contacted the support team after hours and within minutes did they not only help me to restore my connection, but the support agent enquired about my problem with my Playstation and immediately solved it.We have been living in Rustenburg now for three months, and have been with them since we moved here and honestly out of everything related to service Ive had to deal with, I Wireless has been faultless, supportive and knowledgeable.Excellent service and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Infinity gives you what you pay for. I have been a beta tester for them since day 1 in RTB. If there is a problem with signal or anything else they attend to it asap. If you pay for a 5gig line, then that is what you get. Not like with other providers that i know. Thank you Infinity.
