In the beginning there services was wonderful much better then open serve but the last couple of months have been not so great. The wifi is more of then on always issues with there towers to blame but when it come to payment they expect full service to be paid

This is the worst wireless ISP that I have ever had. They can not supply a consistent internet signal and as soon as you either download or try to use Netflix the signal will drop out, I have been reporting the issues for more than 4 months but they do not have the capacity or maybe the capability to fix the poor quality internet. Unfortunately I bought the antenna and router instead of renting so I am stuck with them because all the other ISP’s in my area need to install their own equipment. Update-02-06-2021 So I spoke to Permanet today and it is confirmed that they do shape the internet although they call it some thing else, it seems that when you reach your mbps limit the Permanet system will automatically disconnect your signal before it will restore it to me that is called shaping.

Phoned but reception acted like they could not hear me.Phoned 3 time with the same thing happening. and then they laugh at the background each time. very unprofessional

Must say I really am happy to have them as my provider, had a few problems but they really sort it out. I will say go for it as they are growing and do care about the internet they give

Absolutely the best there is. No email and 48 hours later the issue is mabey fixed. Just message them and a few moments later everything is 100%. No issue when talking to support and the people actually respond to messages fast. Guaranteed line speed without being throttled. Awesome.

Super good product all problem is the following1. Super slow internet (cant remember when last I could watch Netflix and know exactly what Im watching)2. Very little to no response to our messages and no hurry to help. All that is said is our work on it3. You are never told if there is a problem or coming, you will only fall on your couch after a long week and slowly but surely find out your wifi is offYou pay for a certain speed line but if you want to test the speed then your wifi is too slow for the test, but do not fear it is only 50% of the time it is onIts just bad service and my wife works from home so its a big problem for usThe contract is in Natasha jansen van Vuurens name call her and she will be able to help you with proof of complaint and problems

Struggling incredibly much with the wifi ... If you ask if there are any problems you are not answered when you call they do not answer the phone you have not struggled with the wifi for more than a week what you pay for ... More drama as fun wifi is more off than on

Just got the best service from Permanet, I finally left Telkom in Dec2016 and joined Permanet in Jan 2017, 3+ years later and I am still very happy with their service and if there is a problem they sort me out quickly!

The best internet provider in Rustenburg. Always available and no problem is too big or too small for them.
