StayEasy is one of the hotels in the city Rustenburg. Is situated at N4 off ramp to Rustenburg town. Is very good to accommodate single and couple, and is also reasonable. They do serve breakfast only.

Seriously low budget accommodation. No demarcation of smoking and non smoking rooms. No bar fridges in rooms. I have been asking for that from 2029 to date but dololo. Fortunately there is an understanding manager who borrowed me one, from where I dont know but what about the other guests? Good location, near waterfall and Platinum malls. Near all the amenities you can think about. Easily accessible from Pts or Zeerust even nearby Rustenburg locations. Not far from Royal Bafokeng stadium, Fernctest pvt clinic and JST hospital. Near car dealership such as Maemo Motors which have Benz, BMW, Ford and Hyundai dealership. Nice location but I wish they can upgrade it to having their own chefs who cook for guests instead of outsourcing caterer. These caterers dont have variety, same breakfast and no supper.

Lovely place, high quality and amazing staff members

It is a nice and clean place with friendly staff. They just dont have a fridge and microwave inside the room. It is too far someone sleeping at 4th to go to 1st floor for the above-mentioned. The shower space is very small. I wish they have fried and boiled eggs as an alternative to scrambled.

Good place to stay over night staff freindly. Some upkeep is needed in the rooms and shower area and lights not working properly. Beds are small so if you have long legs you will need to bend them beds small for two people.

The room was neat and the shower was awesome. The couch in the room had stains on it. There was no service in getting food.i had to drive out if the hotel and get food to eat.

Friendly staff, rooms are very small but comfortable. Breakfast was included in my room rate that I booked on Booking.comIll def book here again because I especially liked the fact that I was able to check out abit late. That for me is a +.

I’ve had a bad experience, the windows were broken. When I got to breakfast they told me it’s finished and refused to refund me.

This hotel us fabulous. Rooms are quite good. However the lack of refrigerators in the rooms makes long stay a bit uncomfortable

No lunch, no dinner, pool side closed, nothing to do there really just sleep.

They didnt prepare our breakfast packs on time as per our request, had to wait for a good 20min as they prepare

Rooms were cold, no communication on what was happening regarding hot water, air conditioning, beds were not comfortable. Although their rooms were clean and looked good.

The furniture needs replacing, the chairs are so worn out the metal is exposed unsafely. The TV is blurry/snowy, has very limited channels, and their sport channels show only soccer. The wash basin did not drain readily, meaning scum sticks to the sides. There were no extra bed sheets/blankets, and the night was cold, and the aircon was difficult to operate as no manual/instructions where available. People were noisy in the passage (laughing and chatting loud) for a long time without being asked to respect other visitors.The only thing that cheered me up in the morning was their breakfast which was prepared excellently, and was adequate, with very helpful kitchen staff.My advise for StayEasy is that they must fix the above issues asap, even if it means increasing their rates. I will give them another try in about six months, if there are no improvements, that will be the last of me.

Sad to see a Tsogo Sun accommodation in this shape. The shower in the room was not the cleanest with poor drainage, 2 minutes in the shower and you are already freaking out about flooding the bathroom because of this. The staff is also not the friendliest and of course how can I forget, the coffee machine does not work which was the icing on the cake.

It is secluded and it is so peaceful and quiet. The people were great.

Very quite, looks like business took a knock. The staff is still as friendly and professional like back in 2014 as I recognised 2 to three of them, Sisters Itumeleng, Refilwe, Winnie and Bro Thami. Kip it up Guys

I wasnt going to rate it because I assume the level of service or the lack of is due to covid but ayy maan. It was extremely overpriced

Beautiful interior. Waiting area is calm and serene. Service is great and friendly. Good Quality of service and worth enjoying a night there at least once as an experience.

1 star because breakfast was not so great, we found a dead fly in their beans and I informed them. No apology whatsoever, they didnt even remove the beans they just stirred them and continued serving.

Its nice and refreshing.. Breakfast is the best. Eat as much as u want. The only downside of it is that pool area closes at 8pm. After that you cant access it

The service from the staff is superb even over the phone. The let down is that they dont serve supper which could be inconvenience and it does not mention that Important detail on their website. The room I was In did not have a fridge or a microwave. You would think that if I have to go out and have supper I should be able to either rewarm it but you cannot.

Very noisy. Beautiful rooms although my room was not swept for the duration of my stay. I left small papers on the floor and they are still there. It makes one wonder if they change the sheets. They serve boring breakfast, same thing every day. That Breakfast could simply cost you R50. Yet they charge you lot amount.

The place is clean and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mall is under 5 minutes away so its convenient. Even though the hotel was fully booked, I was not disturbed in any way.

The food is great, the rooms are well kept and look amazing for the price you pay per night, a real bargain. There is a pool, a bat and a dining hall. The staff, will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Great place

Room beautiful and need - 2nd time in past 3 months, that aircons not working. It sounded like a generator in the room!!! I didnt had the time to request for maintenance to attend in the evening....

Its always a convenient stop if you dont want to travel after dark. Defiantly a regular stop for me
