This Business is the epitome of fraud and corruption. A little while ago I had an issue with my gearbox, on the console it said gearbox malfunction... I took it in to Audi Rustenburg, which they said that the gearbox solenoid is faulty, I had to pay for a diagnosis also. They continued with ordering the part and I paid a deposit, half of the invoice, which included the labour cost. On entering my car I realised that my Bluetooth connection was not working.. And it was working when I took it in that morning... Questioning what caused it I went through my user manual and proceeded to check the fuses, which an Audi Representative confirmed that they put in new fuses... On inspection I found that no new fuses were put in but they were only rearranged. I later went to a colleague who has a diagnostic device and it reported many issues including airbags, the solenoid and telephone were faulty to ground. We then replaced all of the fuses and tested again. To my surprise all the issues were resolved and my gearbox issue was now fine.I went to Audi again and reported to them the matter and asked for my money back, later on during the day they told me that they will not be able to refund me. After much debate I realised that they would not only not pay me back but not give me the part that I ordered... After which I insisted that my deposit covered the full amount for the part and I wanted it, since they refused to pay me back I wanted the part. They then processed the part and gave it to me, which then left an amount of R800 on labour to be refunded, which they wanted me to provide Fica documents for an EFT. I told them that I would never return to them and spread my story to everyone I meet that has an audi in Rustenburg. I did not want anything to do with them. This is my story... They still owe me money...

I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a supposed top brand. The amount of my time that has been wasted and the lies I have been told by this branch is despicable. I would be ashamed to be a part of this group. I have spent thousands of Rands just to be stuck with the same problem that incompetent technicians clearly cannot fix. The lack of communication to me as a customer and nonchalant attitude reflects a bunch of people who do not care about their work ethic or the time constraints of the customer. Audi has definitely lost a customer and a lifetime of referrals as a result.

Been trying to contact service department the whole day and haven’t been able to reach anyone. Left my name and phone number 3 seperate occasions and received no call back.Horrible representation of the Audi Brand!

Unethical behaviour and lies from the sales team. Lied about the service history of a secondhand car. Then when I found out they did not get back with more info but rather sold it to someone else within 24hours without getting back to me. Or giving me an option to buy as is.I will not recommend this branch to anyone!
