My kids love the place because of the fun activities they get up to, I love the food. Yeah it’s expensive but what can I say? I love the food. Also Francisco hopefully I got the name served us to the best of his abilities. He also added that he will even do better next time lol. Keep up the good work.

Perfect place to chill and vibe out!Not only for the adults but the kids also have a very huge trampoline that is very safe and spacious.... not only that but they have a jungle Jim that has scooters for the boys to VROOOOOM around it😊😘It is the perfect restaurant for the whole family

Had a little slip up with my kids food, but it was handled efficiently and quick. Great food and relaxing out door seating, lots of it. Play area for children is excellent, better than anything I have seen at other restaurants. Had to down grade from my initial 5 stars. Make sure your bladder and bouwls are empty, because the toilets are disgusting .

I also thought that Mikes Kitchen in Rustenburg is the best restaurant is, but after our experience today, I wonder! First of all, we had to wait for waiter; secondly, we asked for 4 separate bills and for him to write it down which he did not do; thirdly, we order our drinks with 2 glasses of water to be brought before the drinks - we had to asked another waiter to bring us the water, thirdly, he got 2 orders wrong due to not writing it down and for not listening - a Hunters Dry instead of Hunters Gold and worse one food order wrong, the rest of us started to eat while our friend had to wait; fourthly, he disappeared after that - we had to go looking for him to pay the bills which he got right. Really, it is not good enough!

Non-smoking area also smells like smoke and food is served without any garnish and wasnt great.

Where do I start? If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. Tuesday night the 7th September....a nightmare.But Im not finish yet, I will be contacting head office. Disgusted is an understatement. I will never ever again return, spread the word too all I know....

Its a nice restaurant altogether though they need to work on other meals on their menu as they are very good in their stake however other meals need a little more attention. But its an overall a good experience

Excellent service to be quite honest. The chips and onion rings were a bit charred for my liking but aside from the fried food, the rest of it was really good.

Our faviroute family restaurant. The food is good, the staff friendly and the management on the ball. They do not really have light meals like pizza or sandwiches for adults. But the portions are very generous! They have regular specials and carvery on Sundays. R130 per person or R150pp with desert. The kiddies menu is great and also generous! We love the play area. For big and small. And the children cant go anywhere (except out the door off course). The only negative is that the sandpit is not all that clean, most of the time. We are usually picking up paper, candy wrappers or pieces of baloons. They are wheelchair friendly and there is a baby changing station in the wheelchair bathroom. The playground are almost entirely in the shade and the kiddies receive a lucky packet after every meal. They also have a loyalty card wich I love. Well always come back.

The farmhouse steak is probably the best steak in Rustenburg.Waiters are friendly and courteous, like really good!Kids playing area was upgraded and is now much neater and safe! Kids area covered to prevent sunburn.I’d definitely visit again.

Arrived and was seated by the manager with promises of a waiter cleaning the table and attending to our needs. Waited 20 min for a waiter, with no luck. My husband had to go ask for one. Reiceved our food, the veg and steak were ice cold and it was not busy 19 March. We will not go there again

The food was not nice at all, the steak that I ordered was hard and dry and the wings did not have salt.I had the worst food experience ever!

Nobody met me at the door. No covid 19 measurements in place. Had to walk around asking for a waiter. No team work in the place. Staff walking around without mask properly over face. Will not go back.

Service was better than most places Ive visited. The waiter was friendly, she cleaned the table and kept it clean throughout our visit and checked in at appropriate times. She had good knowledge of the menu. The food was a let down. My steak was chewy even though It was medium rare. My food was cold, meat and sauce were both cold.

The service is a top notch. We were served by Matthew and we received a good service. Matthew is for keeps. Id appreciate to be served by him again.

Last night the 29/11/2020 at 19:30 we went to Mikes kitchen.We ordered oxtail and 2 kiddies ribs & wors roll and we were suprised when our food was brought & it was too much for one person.We couldnt finish it as we mostly eat veggies then requested take away,only to realise this morning when we took them out of the fridge that actually the food that was served was old the smell was awful.Then someone who used to go to Mikes confirmed that on Sunday morning they have buffet and and we were served left overs that were warmed up,hence the awful smell & too much food that was served....
