Great centre! The receptionist was welcoming, Dr Susan Botes was lovely, patient, accommodating and provided detailed information, and the Sister was so lovely. Thank you.

Stay away from this place the people who work there are so rude dont know what they are doing I have now requsted numerous times now for my daughters Dr report when she went there last week Sunday she was with her dad. I am starting to think the medical staff are trying to hide something from me. It is disgusting and they will be hearing from my lawyer

The reception staff and accounts department really leaves you with such a bad taste in your mouth, rather treat you like a criminal going to run away with their monies in front of everyone to see, and then, they are at FAULT!!. As a long standing patient, they have lost my confidence and they will definitely not see me again. Apparently this has happened to lots of people.

Run away from this place...I went there with my mom she was very sick, she received a very bad treatment from Dr Rene Cuyler, who was not friendly at all she was busy on the phone while we waiting for her to finish chatting and my mom was in pain..she didn’t bother to run tests on her, she just went ahead and told us that my mom have Covid without even testing her and told us to go to the hospital, we left the doctors rooms very scared...on my way home I decided to have a second opinion with another doctor from another practice, before taking my mom to the hospital, when we got there they run all the tests in order to find out what was wrong with my mom, including the Covid test which came out negative...they discovered that my mom was diabetic, they had to put her on treatment right away...Dr Rene didn’t just give us Bad treatment but she doesn’t know her job... she misdiagnosed my mom..She is not a good doctor 😡

Dr Shongwe at this practice is an excellent human being. She is patient and so warm. She spend the time treating my family and also, even if the appointment is not yours, she takes the time to ask how you are from the last appointment, and she will advise u if you have remnant symptoms working itself out of your system. I moved from Durban to Jhb and for 5 yrs i did not have a family GP. I hope Dr Shongwe is not planning to leave SA, she is now my family GP. I want build a 20-30 year plus relationship with her like I had with my GP in durban.

Be careful when you take your kids to these waiting rooms, my son got into trouble for touching the free information pamphlets that are on display, while we had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor to see us. He was being very well behaved just looking at the pictures on the pamphlets. Some very miserable people work there ☹️

Stay away from this place. I waited and hour for my appointment, the phones kept ringing the whole time I was there, the receptionist taking years to answer the phone. And when I tried to book an appointment I had to phone several times before I even got a answer. What happened to making the customer feel comfortable and enjoy the experience rather I was heated and it may have seemed like I had a temperature. Please dont go near this place

I want to thank ALL the wonderful doctors at Ruimsig Medical. I had been told for about 3 years by my GP that the pain in my chest and tiredness was depression and was treated for it all this time. I decided to go see the doctors at Ruimsig Medical centre for the same symptoms in January 2016. I was given a blood test, ECG and other tests. I was sent to a cardiologist within a few days of the tests. I was booked into hospital by the cardiologist as I had to have a heart bypass. My veins where so damaged that they couldnt do stents on me. Had the Ruimsig Doctors not done this I would not be alive today.Thank you all for your professional assistance and your help.A special thank you to Dr T. Hallows.

Im never setting foot at this clinic again. After going there for a while, it was only after having a problem (caused by the clinic being out of stock for weeks) that I realized just how rude and condensending the sister there could be.

Shocking and shameful service. I have been a client for such a long time with my family. Just found out how desperate l should have been. Been treated like a street dog at this medical clinic. After that and paying be it by medical aid or cash they still call you and send you endless smses to pay some amount. Only after several calls to be told it was in error. They run out of regular shots and made us pay half a grand for prescription if we had to get it elsewhere. The shot costs R50.The attitude of the sister is like you are begging at a street traffic light. Horrible to deal with.

Would highly recommend this place. Had XRAYS, ECG and blood tests done for visa purposes, all done efficiently and quickly.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. IT IS THE MOST APPALLING MEDICAL SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR!! THEY HAVE THE RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO AN ANTI BIOTIC, I WENT BACK TO SEE DR BOTHA THE NEXT DAY AND WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT ANTI BIOTIC, I HAD AN EVEN MORE SEVERE ALLERGY REACTION THAT NIGHT. I LEFT AN URGENT MESSAGE FOR BOTHA TO PHONE ME ON WED. FRI 2PM SHE PHONES BACK????I WENT TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR ON WED WHO ASSISTED ME.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE - SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING.

They are very efficient and helpful.

Very clean and there are security guards late into the night.
