DONT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ITS WORTHLESS, ITS 9:10 AND STILL NO DOCTOR

The front administration of this place is horrible, what is the point of making a dr appointment when they let all the walk ins get priority care. What is the point of making an appointment if the admin staff takes forever to get your file. Worse of it all, there is no structure. These front office admin ladies are running around like headless chickens. Really, get better.

Pathetic sevice from the reception. Doctors have generally been amazing over the years however Ive been there a few times lately when Ive had an appointment and still have to wait in line to be helped. What is the point of an appointment then? I got there at 9h10 for my appointment was at 9h15. The que was out the door so only checked in at 9h20. At 9h40 the doctor still had not seen me. Grumpy lady at the pay point. Reception staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Condescending attitude. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Most amazing doctors and nurses we had today with an emergency with them being closest after my son was stung by a bee and probably one of the worst allergic reaction...They helped immediately as we walked in...Dr Calitz was absolutely amazing with helping him and also keeping us up to date on how hes doing and keeping him stable.. Also went out of his way to check on him every 15 to 30 min... The nurses were just as amazing staying with him permanently and checking that all is good... They are absolute Angels...If I could rate a million stars... I would any day

The pharmacy never picks up their telephones. One has to log a request on the website in order for someone to call you back. They even leave their phones on a you reached us out of our normal office hours message. Once they return your call you are told they dont answer because they are busy.

Really pathetic service. Patients cutting queues and we end up waiting for over 2 hours. They need a better system. It’s frustrating when your child is in pain and it’s like they don’t even bother

I am so disappointed...only 2 docters on duty on a Sunday??!! No one plans their emergency for a Sunday!! At least the nursing staff is very helpful.

Dr Lunnette vd Merwe saw me once and referred me to a specialist for which I am internally grateful she is the best Dr I ever met. She really cares for patients.

Parking spots for wheelchairs closed today. WHY? No other suitable spots available.No logical reason...

Doctor said that the medical aid would probably cover the consultation. I never heard anything from them so I assumed that all was fine. 6 months later I received a final notice for payment. Ive never received an invoice before that and all of a sudden I get an email saying legal action will be taken if the account is not settled.

Honestly such a lovely experience Ive had with Dr Kyle de Villiers, would recommend him to any and everyone!

I’m glad I chose Dr de Villiers as my family dentist, he is fabulous and he knows what he’s doing. Keep up the good work Doc!

Pathetic service, No point of making an appointment my appointment was 2:15 I was assisted at 3pm after a wait of a long line for medication at clicks too I left 4pm . I felt like Im at public clinic .It was my 3rd time experiencing this I dont think I will ever go back again I will just switch Doctors.

Pathetic service, I had the slowest Dr. took ages just to finish one patient. Then he leave and only come back a long while later. Shocking. Dont even make an appointment, there is no use.

Dr de Villiers is world class! Great dentist, especially with kids. My daughter no longer has problems coming to the dentist since were coming here.

Is there a possibility to give zero stars because i would , went to this place to see a doctor yesterday ,waited for TWO hours !!! and eventually left because i couldnt wait any longer , i was told you are not allowed to wait outside the doctors rooms and wait in reception for the doctor ,eventually im told to wait outside the doctors rooms by the staff only to hear the doctor have her own personal conversation!! Disgusted! ive been going to this centre for the better part of 10 years! wont be stepping foot here again

Zero ratings from me!! its a scam, its a government clinic that costs you an arm and leg. will never go there or recommend anyone to go there.

All I can say is thank you thank you, I saw the most amazing dentist today what a gentleman, a service that I have never ever experienced with any other health care professional, he treated me as if I were a rock star, i wish i could name him :) but what you can do ,is ask to see the Doctor Wayne Scott saw, i can highly recommend him, he is absolutely fantastic 10 stars. THANKING all the staff at Medicross keep up the hard work.

Terrible!!!! For a consult and medication I paid over a thousand rand. 3 months later, nothing is better. Its more like a scam than anything. Doctors arent helpful at all and neither is the medication they prescribe. Please. Dont waste your time and money here.CANT EVEN KEEP TRACK OF THEIR PAYMENTS. AFTER THREE MONTHS THEY START HARASSING YOU FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT.HOW RIDICULOUS?

Incompetent staff who do not know anything about the facility, you’re sent from pillar to post on the phone because no one knows anything.Very rude too, they don’t know what customer service is.

Very slow at the pharmacy

When you are sick you are expected the stand in a long que, behind the counter 3 people stand at a computer at a time, maybe it takes 3 people to operate the computer. Upon making the appointment you are not told to bring an ID you are expected to walk or drive back in your sick condition to find identification. When i have made appointments before i have never waiter less than 40 mins to see the doc. So i guess if youre late dont worry about it, bcs these staff sure dont. Dr Dunne is amazing though and he is very thorough and efficient and give great advice as well.

My wife has been waiting 30min and still waiting... They have no worry for their sick patients.

Great doctors, but the revamp while being checked by nurses aint nice or conducive.

Bad at consolidating their account payments. Because of their incompetence they have referred me to a credit collections company. Infuriating.

Will never go there again or recommend anyone. We arrived on time for my daughters appointment, waited 30 minutes to see the doctor (fair enough maybe he was busy with another patient), we were called into his room to wait another 30 minutes, thats pathetic to say the least

Save your time and money ... Its as if you are going to a government clinic.... Staff laughs when you lay a compliant Im disgusted...

Several doctors are clueless. 30 second diagnostics and they suddenly know all your ailments.Accounts department are slow to send invoices, but very quick to send demand letters.

Medicross Roodepoort is absolutely pathetic, there is only one number listed and NOOOOOO one answers the phone.

Went for a normal checkup at the dentist, I asked to only do what is covered by the medical aid.... 5 months later I receive an sms to pay my account that is nearly 180 days. Breach of verbal agreement/instruction/contract that was given to them.

Made an appoimtment... to be shown away coz they cannot assist... poor customer service...

I paid cash/swiped for dentist service on the same day and the accouns lady still goes and put a claim through the medical aid because I didnt tell her not to claim? Why must I tell you not to claim when I am telling you I am paying cash and you have received the money? Doesnt make sense.. To me this is fraud to double debit some1 for 1 service.

The clinic sister who treated my child with autism today is pathetic.I was not allowed to be inside today my child is cleaning her ears.Dr Vorster allowed me to be with my autistic child during Covid last year. He was so professional when he asked me to help. He knows his job! This disabled sister does not know her job because I do not believe she even knows what autism is. I am sick and tired of such sisters who think they provides a civil service in a private clinic.MED

I will never come to the place again. My appointment was for 11:45, first helped 12:45. Sent for blood tests, but the ones who help you are so friendly! I do not care if you are tired worked, I am also tired at my job, but I must treat clients with respect. Ignoring me when I ask questions says a lot. Poor service, no wonder its only 2.5 star.
