Very bad experience. Very rude call centre agents, they had no interest in helping me sovle a issue. Handled the situation like a polygraph test. And when I tried to explain they just put the phone down in my hear because I live on a farm to provide a physical address isnt a simple yes or no question with an address.

I write this review on behalf of the Florida North Security Group representing residents next to and in the vicinity of the premises of DSV Mounties Gordon, situated at no 7 Edelbert Avenue Florida Glen. The first troubling issue is the security alarm of this DSV unit going off intermittently day and night for the past few days. I visited security this morning (10.05.20) at 07:20, complaining about this noise, which is disturbing our sleep at night and irritating us by day. I was shown electric wiring having been damaged, apparently by a delivery vehicle (see photo). On inquiry, I was told that the alarm can only be fixed on 11.05.20 as maintenance does not work on weekends. I wrote a report to be transferred to the security incident book (see photo). As this is clearly a security matter with the electric fence not functioning as it should, surely it calls for emergency attention being given to it and not leaving it for another day, with all the inconvenience associated with it. There are sick people in the neighborhood who desperately need their sleep, but are disturbed by this problem. Even if it can be fixed temporarily until proper attention can be giving to it, it will be appreciated. It is not acceptable to be told we have to endure this inconvenience for yet another day. Secondly, especially with shift changes, employees are extremely load, shouting for one another and load music being played from their car radios while waiting for employees knocking off, showing absolutely no consideration for residents who are unduly inconvenienced by this unnecessary noise making. Could employees please be advised to consider the residents and act with the necessary restraint when changing shifts.

This isnt the first time Ive received poor service. They are useless to deliver or phone you. Dont bother to phone them if you arent prepared to get frustrated. Im going to switch banks because FNB uses an incompetent company such as dsv!

I had my absa bank card delivered from DSV Mounties Secure division. The whole experience was very pleasurable, from the woman that called me to confirm the delivery date of my order through to the courier driver Lerato Mabe who notified me before he even reached my gate. Everyone was very professional and helpful during the entire process. Thank you DSV.

Very bad service I ask myself why banks and mtn use this such company to deliver our goods.. I have been informed that I will receive my cellphone from mtn today, and early in the morning I have also received sms saying I will receive my phone today, I waited on duty until 16h30 no call or any communication with them, when I call they put me on hold for 30 minutes and still they just hangup the phone without talking to someone..

Incompetent courier company. Do not use, as you will have late / no deliveries. They also communicate the the banks that the cards have been delivered, even though it didnt happen, maybe so they dont look too bad on the banks reporting system.

Waiting for someone to finally pick up the phone at the deliveries department. I would like to enquire about the whereabout of my card which was meant to be delivered this morning between 09am and 01pm. It is 01:45pm. Been waiting for a bit more than 20 minutes and counting. Asked to speak to management. Same long waiting time. Useless and pathetic. I am surprise they are not yet out of business.

DSV Mounties is an extremely unprofessional courier service and would not recommend them to anyone. I was contacted by them to have my bank card delivered to me, the first delivery being between 3 - 4 pm at my office. I even stayed past 5 pm and still was still no delivery even though I got an SMS to say they were on their way at 10 am. They could only offer an insincere apology as. After rescheduling a new date and time, getting a similar SMS, there is still no deliver even though the deliver time has long passed. I am not sure why the banks are working with them. I am better off going to the bank and picking up my card myself. I am absolutely appalled.

Appalling service, I received a call that my delivery will be today between 12:00 and 14:00 hours i waited and no communication to advice of any delay and when i called through to customer service i was asked to hold and i was on hold fo 20 min and still didnt speak to anyone. Im highly disappointed.

I recieved a msg that my delivery will be between 14:00 and 16:00 today, i then recieve another msg that the delivery is on the way to me and I have been waiting since and no further communication what so ever. They had my parcel since 05 Dec 2019 till today 09 December 2019 I have not recieved it.

The service received from them was fairly poor. Sure Virgin Money has something to do with that as they gave the incorrect address details to DSV Mounties, but DSV was supposed to contact me more than a week ago, yet they never did. Eventually I had to call them (after calling Virgin Money 3 times) and then it was reveled that the address was incorrect. Had they contacted me as they said they would it wouldnt have been such a big problem.

Totally Disgusting!!! There is no service at all, I was Phoned on Thursday 26/04/2018 to confirm Delivery on Wednesday 02/05/2018 , then on Monday I was phoned again only to hear my delivery will now be on Friday 04/05/2018. The operators are incompetent and not trained to assist with queries. MTN seriously need to improve on the courier they are using as for me this will be a first and a last nightmare with DSV Mounties!!!!!!! The service is so disgusting it doesnt even deserve a single star on the rating!!!!

Rubbish company indeed!!! I received a call from their call centre confirming delivery of my Credit Card for 30 May inst. By 16:30 nobody had showed up so I called to check whether the delivery was still possible as time was running out, lo and behold, the person i spoke to said it would only be 4th Of June!!!! Absa take your business to Dawn Wing or Ram etc, and let sleeping dogs lie

Where to start!!! I have been trying to follow up on a MTN cell phone delivery for 10 days now. This morning I held on for 8 mins and was cut off, the next call was 26 mins till I could speak to someone who immediately cut me off trying to transfer the call, I then tried to speak to a manager, but gave up after 8 minutes, then waited another 12 minutes to speak to an agent who was able to identify that my parcel actually existed but because of a problem with them having an incorrect ID for me, having now got the correct one from MTN, they had to wait a couple of days for the correct ID to be updated in their system before they could talk to me about delivery..... I asked to speak to the manager again and have been waiting another 8 minutes with no success - if I could give negative stars on this review I would do so!!!!!
