Since we discovered Coppa Cafe, this little gem has become a regular spot for us to enjoy delicious food in a safe yet relaxing environment. With a lovely playground, the kids keep themselves entertained. The food is exceptional and very well priced. An establishment that clearly values excellent service and takes pride in serving delicious meals. The beef burger is easily one of the best burgers you will find in Jhb. The spaghetti & meatballs is always a hit with our kids. Highly recommended.

This is a really lovely place to eat and have Cappuccino. The scone with cream, jam and butter is a good treat. We came at 4 pm on a Saturday so it was quiet but the waiter was more than happy to have us and I am sorry that I was not hungrier for something more substantial because the menu looks good. Quiet music is needed but the atmosphere is pleasant and we sat outdoors where it was sunny and warm. The gardens are lovely and fresh herbs growing around the restaurant periphery supply the chef. Well definitely be back!

Im always a fan of Coppa Patisserie in Rivonia so when I saw they opened a new cafe in Honeydew, I was thrilled and decided to try it out for breakfast. We ordered a chicken quiche to start and it tasted flavourful. Its not heavy or greasy. For the main, we ordered eggs benedict and coppa misto. The hollandaise sauce is just right and the house bread on the coppa misto was buttery. We also took a piece of salted caramel cheesecake home. Overall experience was excellent. The food is light and delicious, the service is good and the price is well valued. The only negatives I can give is the position of the cafe, it is at a back section and the place needs a bit more touch & feel to make it more warmly. They are still new, newly opened so Im sure next time we go it will be more lively.

Great setup, but service is slow, friendly but slow. They stopped making toasted sandwiches, which many people complain about. Most people bring kids, there is no kids menu. We come once a week because we have a standing appointment close by. The staff is great, but it feels like the chef or manager is stubborn about the menu. The old menu was beter.

Im in SA to get married and stopped in at Coppas Parkhurst branch for lunch with four friends. It took 15 minutes after our drink order to take our food order, which the waiter instantly forgot, prompting confusion from our party—and the drinks still hadnt arrived. When the drinks did arrive, my piña colada was terrible, but it wasnt until we discovered a fly in my fiancées strawberry margarita that we decided to leave. On the way out, we noticed that an all-White party that had come in after us had been served. The waitress insisted we pay for our bad, flyblown cocktails, only murmuring sorry to our mixed party, probably because if we didnt pay the restaurant would take it out of her next cheque. So instead, I ask the restaurant—why would you make us pay R430 for this atrocious experience?

Went for a quick cup of coffee with my wife on Sunday afternoon the 21st. We Decided to order a piece of cake each. When I got the bill my eyes nearly fell out of my head. A tiny(I really mean tiny) piece of cheese cake cost R60. Although it was our own fault for not asking the price upfront as the price was not on the menu, we definitely wont be going back there again. Especially during these hard times for everyone. A pity, good setting, friendly staff, I just hate to be ripped off out of principle.
