Great service - great coffee.Not as cool as the Rosebank branch concerning workspaces and so on, and ease of access is a headache as you need to get into the mall via paid parking - but, worthy of at LEAST 4 stars purely because of the well trained, friendly staff.Thanks and cheers!

The coffee here was amazing. Starbucks is a place Ive been hearing about a lot lately and its honestly quite a nice place. Getting your coffee then relaxing in the restaurant is pretty nice. As you would expect, its pretty packed sometimes but it honestly isnt anything too crazy as you wouldnt spend over 10 minutes in the line. Great place and I dont have much too complain about.

The food is amazing, the Strawberry Frappuccino is amazing, its my birthday today and its my first time i ever went to Starbucks in my entire life, i definitely recommend coming here!

The facility is clean and staff friendly. Service is good. The only reason why I dont give it 5 stars is that Starbucks is exceptionally expensive.I dont go there often because of that and everytime I go back there I am very quickly reminded of it.It is a premium product and you pay accordingly.

Really good service from the cashier. We had a shared laugh over the people in front of me who placed ridiculously complicated, elongated orders. It was like a movie. They gave me extra cream on my capp and let me tell you... Life in Lockdown seemed a little more bearable after that. I felt like orphan Anny on Christmas morning. Its the little things in life. 😊

I absolutely love Starbucks. I know they are crazy expensive but I cant help myself from going back over and over again. Their cakes are fresh and delicious and my favourite drink is the ice latte with a pump of vanilla. I would highly recommend visiting this store!

Nice little shop with a very nice ambiance, the staff was really friendly and actually spely my name right 🥺, the 2 drinks I Got were well made and delicious.

This was mg very first Starbucks experience, the barista misheard me when taking my order, but they promptly fixed it without me paying extra for the coffee. I enjoyed my time and experience here. Really recommend them if you are hesitant. Especially on cold mornings like this one.

Coffee and cakes are great however there isnt enough seating and that which is there is so uncomfortable

Very nice staff. The coffee was good and although the carrot cake was a bit bland it was not over sweet which I liked. I love granola, yogurt pots which apparently they stopped making when Covid started which kind of makes no sense.

Best service received from Nkosi and Sanele. Must say my overall experience with the store is always amazing.

I bought a pain au chocolat which was out of this world and an iced coffee. I got a hot cappuccino instead which I thoroughly enjoyed. I informed the staff of the little error and they insisted on getting me another round. Loved the customer service.

Staff are always very friendly and patient. I love trying new things but then again I hate being disappointed so only adventurous days the staff are always ready with suggestions. Some are hits and some are misses but I love that they are happy to help.

Lovely experience. Enjoyed my iced coffee. Every kind of coffee available. Latte, Capucinno, Iced cappucino. Really worth a visit and reasonably priced too. Only not so great point is they said they were out of Toffee Nut but they had the syrup on the shelves so Im not sure how that works?

First time at a Starbucks. The staff were disorganized. The counter where we were to prepare out coffee was disgusting. The bins were all overflowing and you had to stretch to get a straw from behind the counter for your frappe. 4 drinks cost close to R200 where we just had a family meal at Panarottis for R600 (including 3 large coffees. This was my first and my last time at Starbucks. Have always had better service at Vidas and my Dolce Gusto coffee machine at home makes better coffee
