This post was mistakenly, I was referring to Maponya mall Woolworths retail. The restaurant at westgate.. Is bad actually and I had to wait hours for the service.. The coffee they served was cold. I dont think Ill pop in there again.

Worst chicken schnitzel Ive ever had! It was so dry and tough. The onion rings werent great either and the chips were very average. I wont be eating at spur again.

I enjoyed the ribs but I feel like the waiter couldve ask me how Id like the ribs .My ribs were half done, I prefer them well done ..And please put less ice rocks in your cocktails

Great play area for hosting a kids party! No pressure or limit to the time granted for a group party. Service and food can be improved. Provide enough cutlery and wipes/serviettes at beginning of the meal as you do for tables. We got overcooked wings as tough as bilton with our charred ribs😠

If, based purely on food, this review would get 4 to 5 stars. However, a meal is not based purely on food and also includes such things as the amenities, drinks and table settings. To start, the plug points for phones and laptops at every table is a major plus, as long as they are clean, which is definitely not the case. The beer selection is excellent, as long as you enjoy mass produced, chemically infused beer. 1 craft beer, come on! As for the settings, the lack of plastic straws is a major plus, however the placemats on our table where placed upside down and mine in particular looked rather moth eaten. Overall the experience deserves a rating of 3

We were told to find our selves a table at the entrance. Staff was very incompetent and less interested as if we were invisible. Only one guy by the name Barra bothered himself to find out if we have been assisted and offered an excellent service.please train your staff. Customer service is key

On Saturday morning myself and my family decided, with all the other options of eat-ins available, to go to Spur for a breakfast. Service was extremely poor, even though the restaurant wasnt busy. The food, coffee and tea presented was cold on arrival. We received 2 slices too little and there was no courtesy visit during our stay.

This was an awesome experience. The food was quick and delicious. perfectly prepared and the topper was that the staff was very friendly and fun. Loved the experience here

Visited this establishment a few years back. And will never see me again. Me and the wife popped in for something to eat. Only to receive our buffalo wings raw, we send it back only to get it back raw again. Ok at least we didnt have to pay for the meal. I think after that I will probably never set foot in a spur again. Always bad experiences with this restaurant chain.

Terrible service - no Wi-Fi. You will wait longer than 30mins for your food. Dont bother calling the manager, he is just as incompetent as his staff. Absolutely awful experience

The new look and feel of this Spur is great. Also the kiddies section is a win for me, in comparison to the previous one.

Sorry there was an error with my rating .I actually prefer West peak spur to other spurs and I do visit it monthly.My rating is actually 5 stars because of cleanliness , efficient staff , positive atmosphere as well as the good and the good service we continuously receive. I love West peak spur.

Asked the waitress to return RAW prawns but she called the manager. The manager argued with me. Im not talking undercooked, i mean RAW; still ice cold. Only when i dared the manager to eat it, did they agree to send it back. Never eating at Spur in Westgate again!! Service is now just shocking and food is mediocre at best!!
