Service was super bad, i would have rated it 1 star but the food was good. The first time I entered Panarrottis was at clearwater few years back and the Service was great I was impressed and from that day I would go to any Panarottis especially for pizzas because they taste the best.Last week when I went to Clearwater hoping for a similar service but I was disappointed. First we were stuck on a queue when there were more than enough tables that were clean and available. Finally we were given a table by one of the waitresses who did not even introduce herself, then she came back with menus and threw them on a table and off she went, didnt even ask if we would like anything to drink.After a long time we had to call a different person since our waitresses disappeared. The waiter we called took our order which took more than 45 minutes for a pizza order. I will never go to Clearwater Panarottis ever again.

The pizzas were great but the seafood pasta is not worth the money.

Enjoyed their pizza but their spaghetti bolognese was full of sauce more than mince, didnt enjoy it, felt like I was having spaghetti with tomato savoury sauce

I ordered a meal there I usually order from Panarotis Cresta and I love it . The meal I got at Clearwater was worse than horrible. The ribs had no flavour. Just the basting. The pasta stir fry was disgusting. It was swimming in oil, the colour didnt look nice. It had tomatoes which made it watery on top of the oil. The colour didnt even look appealing. That meal was a waste of my money and I was so hungry.

For a company under lock downs and not busy, ordering via uber eats, I only have one word for you. SIES! I dont usually do reviews but your horrible food compelled me! I ordered chicken Milano and various other things, and it was HORRIBLE! I usually frequent your franchise specifically and it use to be the best! Now it makes me want to vomit! Never again will I use Clearwater panarottis again!

Going on a week day for pension ers are wonderful. Not too busy. I love their Tuesday special. The table are property cleaned and the service very good.

Very noisy had to look around for the waiter from time to time. Other people moving in and out sounded like a bazaar moving tables instead of lifting them dragged over the floor very annoying could not hear yourself talking. Not nice..

As a little girl, my dad would take the family out to Panarottis every month for a little celebration, and I kept the tradition by taking my daughter every month too. This particular Panarottis is making me want to change the family tradition. Slow service, noisy kids, no social distancing, poor seating arrangements and lack of good music and sound. Also, my waitress did not smile at all. She didnt even laugh at my joke.

The service was average at a reasonably quiet hour. I ordered chicken livers and was given chicken livers with bacon. My partners breakfast order was incorrect but on the upside, it all tasted good.

Were there at 08h30 for breakfast. The manager told us they cannot serves us as the staff is busy dancing. I asked her if it is more important to dance or serve customers. She said dancing. Told me that Spur will serve us and they make nice breakfast.

We had a lovely time at the eat as much pizza evening and the food was absolutely amazing! There is just something about Panarottis pizza that no one else can come close to! This Panarottis does get quite busy, so I would definitely recommend that you make reservations.

Panarottis is always busy on days that their specials are running, but the service is great and the food even better. They never fail to satisfy a pizza or pasta craving. There is a play area for the kids, a little small, but safe.

I am a bit conflicted with this Shop as I have had good experiences with a couple bad mixed in. I go there usually once a month with friends as it is a convenient location and lets be honest, who doesnt like pizzas? a decent selection of food that is quite typical of an Italian style restaurant. Let me say this though, if you go for the all you can eat Thursday special make sure you get a booth right by the kitchen or you will barely get any. additionally the kitchen closes at 9:30 pm officially and 9:20 pm in reality so no late night munchies will be catered for. If you want to take your time get there earlier. However looking past these flaws the food is usually good for a franchise restaurant and they have a nice variety of pizzas, some you can even special order; and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great time with friends. Great special on Thursday for eat as much pizza as you can for R95. You get to taste all different flavors of pizza. Secure parking and very nice shopping mall. Definitely recommend this branch. Very friendly helpful staff.
