I have experienced the same bad customer experience from pick n pay pharmacy in little falls, from the same lady. Shes slender and has short hair. Wow, what a rude pharmacist!!! The first encounter I had with her was when I went to buy something at the pharmacy and she said theres a new process that I need to follow to get what I was looking for. I asked wheh did it change coz I had bought the same this recently and they did not ask for anything so Im a bit surprised. Instead of explaining to me the new process she then discussed me with her colleagues right in front of me, one of her colleagues even decided to come help me herself. As this was enough she then discussed me the client that was after myself as I left the counter that how I am surprised by the process and laughed about it. I dont know what customer privacy she has or they have in place in that pharmacy but they were completely violated!!.thar was months ago, ever since then I had avoided going to that pharmacy,,. Today when I when I went there, I bought eye drops. The same lady assisted me, I told her I need eye drops for my eyes, with an attitude, huge frown on her face, shrugging her shoulders she says Yes, you saying you want eye drops but eye drops for what, whats wrong with your eyes I was shocked that even after months she still had that attitude. I dont know whether she gets annoyed easily or what but her attitude is disgusting for the job she has!!!

Pick n Pay Little Falls bakes the best Portugese bread/roll. The PNP brand prepacked rolls & buns are always fresh. Whenever I have an item to exchange or return, I hardly have any issues. This store is my favourite Pick n Pay store. When I shop at Clearwater Mall & other shopping centres that has a PNP store, I still end up going to the Pick n Pay Little Falls store. Even when there is a price discrepancy, they discount the item so that I purchase it at the price advertised...

Served by Robert Mnisi at the Pharmacy, he was so pre-occupied while serving me, it was annoying explained how to take medicine without even showing me which one he was talking about, explained like he was singing. Needless to say when I got home all 6 packs were written ... as directed in addition to the amount, how will an ill person remember which medicine to take before or after meals if directions are not written labels. Was I supposed to memorize his song and assume which pill he was referring to? This makes one appreciate the service of the likes of Thabo, Ouma and the other staffers at the Pharmacy. They always put their mind to what theyre doing. I have to rely on Google to assist me on how to take medicine because the pharmacist on duty failed.

Love shopping at this Pick & Pay. Very spacious, has a wide variety and is always clean. However; the cashiers are ALWAYS rude. Such a pity, because it really is a lovely shop.

I received a R50 voucher on Womans day for purchasing over R500, later that week I wanted to use the voucher while paying at the till at Northgate Pick n Pay, I was told by the cashier that this voucher has been giving them problems and theyve tried scanning them all day with other customers and it just wont work, they can only be used online when I asked why does it not state so on the voucher the cashier said I must ask the manager. The following week I popped into Pick n Pay The Falls and when I paid the cashier printed the voucher again and asked if I was aware that I had a voucher, then on Friday I went into Pick n Pay the Falls and I was able to redeem my voucher, no issues, and with the most pleasant of staff there, please Northgate learn from The Falls, your service and lies are pathetic.

While the store itself is incredible regarding the variety of products, the staff is extremely unorganised and slow. No one was behind the prepared meats counter to assist. Needed to look for someone at the produce weighing section and only 3 of the 18 tills were operating

Spacious, peaceful, well presented Deli, fresh confectionery, loads of cheese, fresh fish fileted while you wait, love the free Doughnuts...

Just asked a simple question at the liquor store if they had smart shopper cards or are they in the store. Lady just rolled her eyes and rudely answered in the store and didnt even bother making eye contact. Sorry but I rather went to makro.

Worst customer service experience I had today. Went to get a new card at non existing customer service woman ignored me and helped another man. When i complained and ask where the customer service was she ignored me again. I had to phone the customer service to get assistance. Would not recommend pick n pay little falls to any respected person.

Raymond you rock. I lost my glasses on the store yesterday. He got the cleaning staff to find them and personally called me to come collect them. When I arrived he is so pleasant and professional. He then proceeded to assist a man who was having a seizure. He was kind and gentle and took control. Well done Raymond. Your attitude and commitment to customer service is so valuable in this day and age.

By far the best branch, very clean. Had a problem with discount price not applied at the till, but the cashier was able to refund me properly with smile and apology. Keep up the great work

Today there was a visible special on the cadbury chocolate 2 Dairy Milk cadbury for R20. When i got to the till they said the oreo flavour wasnt part of the special. Yet its also a diary milk product and packed by the chocolate that was on special. This is not the first time. This branch often has false advertising or wording and poor communication whenever you get to the till you find out the item is not really on special. Poor management.

Took my elderly mother to collect her pension grant on Saturday at 10 am, only to be rudely turned away by an employee saying that they only pay out pension the first 3 days of the month and they cant help her as they dont have change. A whole Saturday morning and at 10 am youre expected to believe that they dont have approximately a thousand rand, you would expect that in these times of covid the elderly would be considered, I had to take my mother to another shop who gladly assisted with no issues or lies but at the risk of contracting covid. The employee even had the audacity to tell my mother she must go to a Nedbank, it will only cost her R9.50, not considering my mother lives from this pension money and every rand counts but to suggest to her to go sit in a crowded bank on a Saturday knowing the risks that the elderly are facing, inconsiderate and appalling to say the least! To think I have been supporting this pick n pay as its near to where I live and on route home almost every day for over 2 years now... I will rather drive out of my way then ever support Pick n Pay The Falls ever again.

Staff at pick n pay liquor are absolutely rude. Willing to drive further to avoid such poor service.

What is the point of smart shopper card if machines to get vouchers never work.As I am not psychic, loading my discounts on to my card does not help me know what they are if I cant access the vouchers on the smart shopper machine.4 visits to store in 3 weeks and 4 x machines not working on all 4 shopping occasions.Raymond, store manager, answer, we logged a call, go online and then walks away and ignores you.Tired of complete apathy in this country towards consumers.Pick and Pay clearly not interested in their consumers, so I wont be bothering them anymore by spending my money with them.

Every now and then small items that we paid for tends to not be in our bags. It can only be from scanning to packing that it goes missing.Aside from this issue, its a great PnP with a great variety of stock. Love it.

This is the worst pick and pay ever the manger rosaline has no customer service she is very rude all the prices in the store doesnt correspondence with what is on their system and no bothers to help you. You have to stand and pack it yourself and when you ask them they laugh at you.. I will never shop here again. Blatant robbery and rude staff. Pathetic

This Store is Amazing! Good well priced and Tasty food. The isles are always clean and neat. Staff also usually pleasant. Since visiting this store, I refuse to go to my local P&P (Witpoortjie), as it is simply not even close to the standard this store sets.

What a nice surprise Raymond the store manager does not sit whole day in his office, he is hands-on, ensuring customers is getting the best service that is possible. I must also thank the young Lerato the help that made my day.

Pick n pay little falls is one of the worst pick n pays in the country. Theres never someone helping where you weigh fruits and veggies... And today.. A busy day the queue is so long and only few cashiers open. Why do I keep on coming back here... Its so bad

Excellent service from the cashier. She was friendly and very helpful. Found us a turkey after the manager told us they were sold out.

Never been there and will not even consider going. They have banned a feral feeder from feeding the six healthy, sterilised cats there so the cats must starve. But they make a profit on selling cat food. Hope the rats get into the nice clean store!

Friendly staff, shelves always fully stocked, great variety and great service. I travel more than 35km, and pass 5 other pick n pays just to buy my groceries here. Keep it up!

This is heaven. Free parking, everything in one basket. Its always clean inside and outside including the clothing and liquor stores. The barbeque wings are addictive.Seems Pick n Pay strives to keep their outlets top.

I always shop here. And the product selection is amazing. Great specials to save me some money but the staff working at the tellers are completly rude. I have had many times where the teller does not even greet me nor ask me for my shopper card.It is an amasing shop and its close by other shops but the staff friendliness will definitely force me to shop somewhere else.

Beware the empty Panini!We bought 6 Panini’s among other things from the Deli area inside.They look all good in The display. Beware at R30 you get a dry Panini not even a spread on it with 2 very thin pieces of cold meat and half a slice of cheese, or 1 spoon of Chicken mayo on the opening to make it looked as if it is filled, only one third of the Panini actually have something on it, two thirds are as dry as you can imagine. We bought Chicken Mayo and Ham and Cheese as per pictures they look nice until you open them.Beware and don’t get caught this is a rip-off and clever con-marketing. Not to purchase if you have friends and or family as they will be disappointed. Or want to eat something....

This pick n pay is terrible when it comes to security. The security are rude and disrespectful. Ive seen many incidents with other clients and the security. Almost a God complex. Yet on various occasions nothing is done by pick n pay management.

The six healthy, sterilized, feral cats that live on the premises at Little Falls PnP are now without food, water or shelter as their caregiver has been prohibited from looking after them. PnP ought to do away with their Pet Club because they obviously dont really give a hoot about animals. Shame on you, PnP.

This Pick n Pay stocks more specialised items. For the foodies out there you will definitely find that item you need that is not in stock at most Pick n Pay outlets. So why dont you pop in and see for yourself...

Disgusting treatment of animals. Why bother selling food for animals in your store if you see animals this way. These cats are sterilised so that they cannot reproduce and they help take care of mice and rats. Also there was a feeder going and feeding them and giving water, how does this affect you st all?? I hope your store gets infected with rats, there is no reason you would mind these shy animals there other than just being cruel. This is only the beginning, more people will hear about this. Remember what goes around comes around and one day you will be alone and treated like you dont matter. Scum

A massive Pick n Pay, with a great cold meat, cheese, biltong and coffee counters as well as a variety of items to purchase and the odd imported items to tickle your taste buds.Never long queues and friendly staff.

Its a really large store and it really has a bit of everything. The price tags are all digital, which is a nice touch, and the queues are usually quite short when one goes on weekdays in the middle of the month. Come end of month though...

Obviously the new management is not good management!PicknPay the Falls may be a lovely clean store but prices are outrageous in comparison to other stores and go up on a weekly basis.... sorry we will be going back to Checkers!
