Love this garage. Its convenient for me and all the petrol attendants are helpful and nice. The woolies shop inside is also amazing. I just love it. My go to garage any day during the week of course.

I happened to hit a pothole and damaged my car tyre. I stopped and asked if anyone could help me. I was told to ask the supervisor and she told me her workers arent allowed to help.i was prepared to pay for the service. After supporting this place for 11 years I am finished with them. The.petrol attendants have all always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately cannot say the same for management

This Engen is ran by crooks.I filled my car with R300 diesel which is about 22litres and my car gauge didnt move.I told the attendant and showed him the gauge.He claimed my car has a problem,we are talking about a new car.He said I must drive it a bit and call him the next day if the gauge doesnt update.The following day the gauge still didnt update so I called him and whoever answered said it is wrong number.I called the fuel station on their land line.Whoever answered said their pump has no problem and didnt want to listen to my explanation.I went to another fuel station,as expected the fuel gauge updated after putting diesel for R500.Later I was told my father in law did experience the same thing with his car few months ago at the same Engen garage.Something funny is happening and they dont want to resolve the issues.It is very sad that I have been scammed in such a manner.

Yip...i agree to all negative commits about this service station...service is terrible...5 attendants standing at the wimpy windows..3 on their cell phones...2 just standing...and chatting...they did not offer to assit...we left and fill up and the sasol up the road...tahero u lost a customer for live...second time this is happening to us at tahero..even phoned in to complain..cheers ..you are a disgrace for the engen brand. .

Pathetic service!!! I would give 0 stars if i could..And with social distancing during lockdown there was zero to non there.... People standing right ontop of you and each other.... Security and cashiers are absolutely rude!!!!

Not all items are priced, and when you ask the staff how much something costs they just rudely say I dont know while being on a call on their cellphone.I will never go there again.
