Great service
We will definitely not be using this place again. We always post the same weight&sized parcel, and quote our clients accordingly. We were quoted R330 on Wednesday (a bit higher than normal). On arrival at Alton on Friday I was told to pay over R500. Makes one wonder about their ethics and if they actually have a standard, or thumb suck based on something else. I would not recommend using this courier. Try a trusted and professional service.

Mostly quick and friendly service. Ground staff can be uninviting sometimes, but management is very friendly and helpful.
Not very efficient, parcel got left behind or should i say LOST in JHB. A struggle to look for/Trace your own parcel. Unhappy clients due to inefficiency.
