The service is getting extremely slow there I waited over 40min just to get into the store and even then the staff are on a go slow not what it used to be

I have never been so upset with a company that Nationally has such a good name, i have been calling the Richards Bay branch for 4 days non stop... NO ONE ANSWERS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Postnet do something, or you will lose your quality name!!

It was excellent

When I did my police clearance they did all the courier work for me and the service I received from them was outstanding. The SAPS told them that somebody else came to fetch my police clearance certificate, so PostNet ensured that I got a reprinted clearance certificate at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that wants to make use of a trustworthy courier service.

Postnet Richards Bay has a good service but the problem is that their prices are not the same today you are charged this amount and tomorrow it’s a new amount, also this thing of getting help today and tomorrow you come they tell you “we don’t offer that” like can’t they train their staff equally?
