Well stocked even in the busy December holiday season. Could do with a bit bigger and cleaner environment as this is the only supermarket in town. Maybe a bit better other times of the year though

Cashier are so Fast in A Way that you dont wait to Long

Today went to your Lakeside store and I was DISGUSTED! Your produce department is horrible, your fresh garlic looks rotten. When I asked one of your staff members why the fresh garlic looks so bad, I just got a I dont know.I will Never put my foot in your Lakeside store again. As for your bilton section, not great at all!

The most I probably LOVE about this Spar, is the CARING car guards, who sees their job as important as if they are in possession of their OWN vehicle and not their customers! This is NOT SEEN anywhere else that I have been to! My 2nd choice would have to be TOPS as they too have high customer satisfaction. Spar needs to learn a lot from them, as their staff is very rude, always been, I am actually referring to CASHIERS here and not managers nor floor personnel. THIS IS one thing that has always irritated me of this Spar, and it sometimes improve as staff is changed, but mostly seem to be the same level thinking cashiers, who sees customers as a irritation and that they are doing them a favour being there.

My girlfriend was robbed from the money market and apparently the managers know about the incident coz they said it happens quit often. It looks like the cashiers from money market have a deal with criminals. She has deposited R1700.00 and few minutes later the money was gone, apparently it was withdrawn from on of the ATM at boardwalk mall. My concern is that MANAGERS knowns about this activity happening at their shop and they not doing anything about it. I feel like customers are not protected from this store.

Staff and Managers always very helpful. Good variety of products to choose from.

Rotten cold meat second time. Ox Tongue selling @ R269.99 per kg. My purchase was R56.16. First time I discarded the meat as I relied on friend for transportation. Today I had my car and am highly disappointed as the price of food and fuel doesnt warrant selling the public such a bad quality of food.

No prices on the veggies ; even after complaining still the same. Butchery a rip off lamb special just bones and fat . Terrible.
