Great Covid Vaccination Clinic. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Just in 7 day I have visited the clinic. They lost yet again my fill which means everytime I visit Im going to have a new duplicate.

It is a great clinic but lately understaffed i think which is affecting services, but besides that keep it up team Parkhust

The service l got was very bad,lm trying to call so that l can speak to the manager but the phone is ringing no one is picking up 😐

Bright and early , you line up and can hear the staff singing as they open up shop. They are really organised , and efficient. Had my covid test done and the sister Kgomotso was an absolute pleasure.I think despite the difficulties faced when it comes to covid all staff are doing their bit. Other clinics could learn alot from this one.

I want to take a minute to thank the staff at Parkhurst clinic. All of the staff from security, receptionist and nurses nurses were so wonderful to us and they were genuinely concerned.SISTER BEAUTY reassured and took plenty of time to explain exactly what we were dealing with.not forgetting SISTER MALESEDI too going extra miles.Good job must be appreciated too not only looking for faults. Well done Team Parkhurst clinic we do appreciate your great efforts. Thank u all of you so so much!!!lots of love

We arrived at 3pm, an hour before closing to get a covid test only to be chased away by the police officer in front saying that they are closed. Disgraceful.

Quick and efficient

One of the cleanest clinics Ive been to. At first service was outstanding but they are starting to slack. They take long taking out your file and if youre a regular you get the you should know the rules card even if its your first time in a different situation.

They are lovely team so caring and friendly

Its a small clinic that unfortunately services more than 3 local communities. Traffic is not unbearable. People usually sit there for a long time and without anybody attending to them. The last time I accompanied someone here, mothers were getting frustrated and children restless. They must learn to communicate with patients so that they are more settled and know whats happening at any given point.

In my opinion this clinic is good my wife was pregnant she was going there for scale now she has a beautiful baby girl we taking her there also for vaccinations they treat us like were on a private clinic we just have to understand if they make mistakes they are human also

Our 10 month old needed the BCG vaccine after being born (and living) abroad during this time. We went to this clinic and were pleasantly surprised. Things seemed to be well organized and moving along. It was a nice location, staff were friendly. I found it a pleasant experience.

Absolutely disgusted by the service. My helper has been there since 8 am this morning without being seen too , they say they cannot find my daughters clinic card yet we were there last month and took us all of an hour. Babies cannot be in arms for that long. Their bodies get sore as they need to be put to bed on a bed. Please implement a proper filing system!!!

The nurses have got good hearts they love their job

The service is slowly its upsetting and they dont care. Today its not even full but its just so slow.

The care and service from the nurses and doctors is the best.

One of the worst clinic in patients requirents and too many stuffs chit chat instead of worried about what they are there for, which government place is worth it these days, they just there to rip you off and strip you of your existence

Very bad people and service no one there want to work most very lazy and they want change the law .I toke my 3 years old and she was very swore and we arrive at 03 30 .the nurses refused to see here because they said its too late but they close at 4 .Very disappointing parkhurst clinic.all ways want to go home be for the time ....
