Somethings needs to be done at that Medicare pharmacy, the attitude is pathetic and racist the lady that does the bookings for COVID vaccine. She brings disrepute to the medical practice. My son had his second covid vaccine done it does not reflect on the system called the pharmacy at 9am told they would call me back never did. The racist lady that hates non whites especially Muslims when I called her again to find out why no one called me kept me waiting on the line for more than 20 minutes before getting the store manager to speak to me. Furthermore when I asked her when will someone call me she just kept ignoring me.

What a shame. Wletervreden pharmacy, now Medicare used to be our favorite family pharmacy. Open until 10, now not. The attitude from the women at cashupi s SO UNFRIENDLY and at times downright RUDE. Thank goodness Barbara is still there! So sad.

A pharmacy closed in the midst of a second wave of a plague? Dont tell me its because of the lockdown. I was there well before 18:00 when you were still supposed to be open. PATHETIC. In fact its scandalous. This pharmacy used to be known for years as the one place that you could rely on to be open during an emergency. Clearly this is not the case anymore and I shant bother in future.

You dont offer deliveries on Sundays and I cant leave the house while waiting for my COVID results. It would be great if you would register with MR D or Uber Eats so we can get emergency medicine delivered on Sundays... Also youre supposed to politely say goodbye on the phone, not just put the phone down on the customer!

Has always been good go to for meds after hours but they have greatly curtailed this and now close at 7pm weeknights and 5 on weekends .Pity as it was the only pharmacy open when all the others were closed .

Super friendly and helpful bunch at this branch. I called in to find out if they stock what I was looking for. It was ready and waiting for me to collect. Happy to know they stock all my prescribed homeopath supplements. The prices are also better when compared to the big stores like Welleness Warehouse and Faithful to Nature.

One of the few pharmacies also offering great advice about natural medicine. Lerato is well trained and runs this specific section well. Friendly service and the extended hours are an enormous value-add in the area. They are open till 9pm.

Not the best of help when a pharmacist dispenses medical knowledge about the obvious things. Might have been the public holiday blues, but did not feel welcome and the staff did not exactly jump to assist us.

We love this place because it is open later than Dischem in Cresta, so is a great stop-off for after hours medication. The staff are great, too.

Very help from pharmacists as they are really too busy to return a call for an enquiry and when you drive there to actually find out they realised they did not call you back AND they cannot assist.Staff taking on each other in front of clients. Mavis shouted at another younger lady while I was looking on. And she denied yelling at the other person about something so ridiculous as her pen!
