I had a serious mishap with my laptop. Contacted the team, and Jamie was very helpful. Rather than have to replace my laptop, Jamie managed to repair mine, and it working as though it is brand new. My laptop was still under warranty and Asus refused to look at it, but the team at We sell laptops saved me R42k by not having to buy a replacement.

An okay place, their service delivery could use a bit of an improvement. I wanted to sell my laptop and dropped it off on a Friday, no word from them till I called requesting feedback. Was then promised a call later that day of the call, but still no feedback. I had to call again a third time. Unfortunately proper processes for a seamless customer experience is vital for any business and my experience here wasnt good. But all in all, the staff are friendly - clearly their process on turnaround time needs rework

After an initial glitch with the laptop we bought from We Sell Laptops, the shop honored their guarantee and went to great lengths to identify the source of the problem and to replace the laptop. Not only that, they upgraded my son’s laptop at no extra cost and transferred all his data. Their service was prompt, communication was excellent and they were completely honest in dealing with me. Ummm, cant help but say that I am a little disappointed. Thought that there would be better deals, more open to negotiation, but hey it what it is.

Time wasters with no clue .Took hours for assessment and when eventually done and their price accepted I was told an immediate EFT could be made .Drove 65 km only to be told they can only do payment monday
