Poor customer service. Staff and customers also have no care for social distancing. Waited in line for a long while and eventually walked out. Only one cashier serving customers.

We bought a brand new phone from Cash Crusaders Randburg branch and within the first 6 days the phone stopped working we took it back on the 8th day and was told it has to go for repairs and cannot be exchanged or refunded.......cool they send it in for repairs we told come back after 2 weeks if we not happy we get a refund or switch the phone for another mind you they then take the receipt away from us now and dont give us a copy of the receipt......we come back after 2 weeks still not fixed....they tell us come back the following week which is this week.....the phone has been used to hack into our social media accounts and bank accounts... when tracking the activity log its traced back to that same phone....we go In today to get the receipt and see the status of the phone repair and they are STILLLLLL not done and now are charging us a fee ontop of all the run around and inconvenience.....how can we resolve this issue ASAP please as this is incompetence and unprofessional on the highest level!!!

I bought a laptop for work , within 3weeks it stopped working .I took it for repairs which should b 2 weeks but its the fourth week . I still havent been called to get it back and I am in Pretoria . I cnt travel for nothing

I have purchased a play station 4 at Randburg cash crusaders on the 10th of October. I have never used it as I kept a surprise for my son after writing his exam. On Wednesday the 25th we took it out for him to play it could not read the disc. I then returned it to the shop. The salesperson went on about it was working when I purchased it and they have tested it. On the day they did not even play the disc they inserted it and move whatever that was displayed on the screen being a person who never played this thing I was happy that it is working. When I returned I was told the manager is not there and the guys who can help is busy with cameras. until i decided to pack my stuff and leave. I must say that there was a guy who tried to assist but he knew nothing about play stations. he said he is more in musical instruments. i am not happy at as the product has not been used even once.

At least one customer in buying department not wearing mask. One buyer with mask under chin and the other with no mask at all. Covid City!!!

The manager Dylan, put up a notice and advised that if we have any queries as customers we should call and enquire. I just made a call to ask whether they would be open on the 1st of June and he hung up on me. Why say you would take our queries and hang up, it wasnt a personal call. Could this be how you treat your customers? He has no right to mislead us and treat me like that. Sickened

I checked their trading hours on the website n it says opening from 9am to 17pm. So i drove almost 100kms from Springs to Cash Crusaders in Randburg to collect my items, arrived there at 15h27 only to find out that the store is already closed. The store manager told me to come on Monday n due date is on the 15th March. Just worried about the petrol and the Tollgate money spend

Nice and friendly staff, good customer service and great prices, I happened to go there looking for a nice pre owned laptops and the variety was very good, the price was fairly reasonable and the service I got was pretty awesome, I walked away with an almost new laptop and it was priced well enough, I found the store to be quite competitive in comparison to its rivalries, I even noticed the cellphone selection which ideally was quite welcoming they have the latest editions of cell phone brands, and they are mostly in good condition they can still be resale able
