Stay away from this company if you are looking for efficient and competent service. This company failed to deliver the correct charger on 2 separate occasions even after they confirmed the model before issuing me with a sales order. After the 2nd failed delivery I requested a refund using email and WhatsApp and unfortunately all my communication thus far regarding a refund have not be acknowledged, this is disappointing and I feel like I have been scammed and dismissed. I want my refund Part Masters!

To get hold of Ron Snapper the director is a mission on its own. The lady Sandra and the front office staff hide behind their WhatsApp lines. They have no care nor concern for their patrons who ultimately pay their salaries. Stay away public!! Stay away!!!

Do not buy from Partmasters, after sending pictures and model numbers of the battery I needed, apon collection the wrong model was ready for collection, they insisted the one the was a different size fits the machine, now 2 far trips later to return the wrong item the next day, they insist on sending it back to their supplier 1st and a lengthy process for refunding.

Speedy service. Placed my order , got the invoice and paid within 30min. Received my laptop battery the next day. Part fit perfectly. Will definitely support them & recommend them any day!

I am really disappointed at how Parts master handled my laptop. I took in my laptop for a screen repair and months later an entire hinge is loose because they missed one screw. Now I have to pay to get the hinge fixed as it makes it difficult for me to open and close my laptop.

Unwilling to fix their mistakes, blaming others and not taking responsibility. I have been ordering thousands of rands worth of hardware throughout the last couple of years and service was great. About 6 months ago, my packages was shipped to the wrong addresses, the names on the delivery notes were not correct and when I confronted the company about it they want to charge me to have the component reshipped.

Overpromise and under delivery. I called partmasters looking for a laptop battery. I provided the required information regarding the laptop and was told the battery was ordered. I was quoted a price which when I arrived I found that it was completely different. Then the buck was passed around and ultimately the disarming apology however they refused to keep to the price I was promised.I ended up accepting the fleecing and told them to fit the battery. Only to find that they did not have the tool to open the laptop and this is part of their service offering. I had to wait 30minutes for someone to be called who had that specific tool. When he arrived opened the laptop the battery was not the right size, it was too long. Again the excuses started flying around. I drove all the way to Ferndale from Centurion for this!!!Oh and by the way the owner was right there when all this was unfolding and he could care less he was at one point when I was expression my dissatisfaction opening a lunch box and having a sandwich he did not take lead to resolve this issue to ensure customer satisfaction.This was an full hour wasted during a working day. Dont believe anything you are promised rather go to the shop and do the whole ordering in person. I was not the only one complaining when I was there.I would definitely not recommend this store WHATSOEVER!!!

This review is based on making sure who ever is on the side of purchasing that part masters service on communication is improved.This is a review for anyone wanting to order a part from them and the delivery/Courier is via Aramex. In the quote it claims it takes 1-2 Business days.(False Claims) I am on day 9 with no laptop screen. I have spent this money and still do not have my part. Poor Poor service! No Reassurance from Agness on when the delivery will be as I am the who needs to contact her all the time. I have lost business due to the false claims on delivery time and have had to purchase a separate screen to connect via HDMI.Double check your third party on your delivery as they have false claims on service.

Fantastic! My laptop screen wasnt working. It turned out to be a faulty connection. They corrected it and despite my multiple attempts, refused to let me pay! Their service charges are extremely low as it is and their prices are excellent. Efficient and fast! I have never written a Google review before but was compelled to for this awesome experience.

Oh PartMasters , thank you , thank you for all the help (shout out to Sandra Gumbi). I needed my laptop screen replaced (accidentally stepped on it) and ordered it from PartMasters. Unfortunately it was the wrong part and I was able to return the part and order the correct one, PartMasters credited me for the return and all I had to do was pay the balance for the new part. Delivery is within a day from receipt of payment and the screen arrived securely packed (and unbroken). Thank you once again - the level of customer service is refreshing. Customer service doesnt have to be over the top, it just has to be honest, simple and easy. And that is what I got from my interaction with PartsMaster.

Very helpful service. Arrived a little after closing time on a Saturday and they were still willing to help me. Got a charger at a similar price to Takealot, but without the 3-5 day delivery schedule. They offer a 1 year warranty, and email you your receipt so that you dont have to go scrummaging around in your files, should anything go wrong. I would definitely recommend them if you live in or around the area.

Seems like a dodgey back Randburg Street shop - but they prefer dealing with Bank cards rather than dealing with Cash ...So far so good - hope I wont need to use the 1 year warranty.

Was easy to communicate with using their website chat. Ordered a notebook battery. Theyre a little disorganised but very friendly. I paid to have the new battery installed into the notebook, the test afterwards identified a plastic film needed to be removed from the battery before being installed, open, remove, retest. All fine. All in all a relatively painless experienced.
