Being new to mattress shopping, I consulted with her for assistance and I received an education. She advised me on the best mattress for us, shared the full details of the product, current specials and how to go about placing an order.Fast forward to placing the order, Wendy from the Randburg branch assisted me in making the order online, making payment and prepared my order. Wendy and her team kept me updated via email about the product and delivery service.Delivery also went smoothly, these guys work around the clock. They contacted me, and 2 hours later they arrived. Products in tact. They also made sure to share additional information to maintain the store guarantee. And explained further details of the invoice.So you see! Great service. From marketing, purchasing to delivery. A pleasant observation was all the various departments are ran by young people. Definitely impressive.

The mattress we wanted was not in stock so Jean followed up with the factory and made sure we had it delivered within a week - quicker than initially estimated. The mattress is perfect (same model as other stores but much cheaper), the delivery guys phoned in advance to double check delivery time and delivered on time. Had a fantastic experience, Wendy’s service was impeccable .

Poor andd unprofessional online service. Paid for a bed with a eta of 5 days. They no stock and was told to wait 3 weeks more. I was then pushed to purchase another bed option which i found cheaper on other websites. I asked for a refund, which was delayed by Rizwana. Its been 2 weeks and have not received my refund as yet. Totally unacceptable, i wouldnt have to now start again to look for bed.. The Mattress Warehouse must inform customers if there is no stock before they make any payment to them.16/04/2021Despite of my concerns regarding my refunds its friday and no one has communicated with me since nor have i received my refund as yet!
