We have bee delaying buying a bed for many months now, not sure where to buy and scared that if we bought one and it wasnt right, returning the bed would pose a problem. Then we stepped into Bed King, at Ferndale on Republic. the store just had a luxury feel about it. Queen was ready to help us from the moment we stepped in the store. Bed King has a lovely system where they check where your pressure points are and then make suggestions according to your bodys required support and comfort levels. It took the hassle out of finding the right bed. From a selection of 20, it helped us narrow it down to 5 options. I wanted to process our decision and asked Queen what time they close, she said we closed 5 min after you stepped in the door. What a surprise! Queen didnt once complain, hurry us along, she was all smiles and all about service, a rare quality to find of late. We finally settled on one, then Queen said, she just needed to check if it was in stock. It wasnt, but she promised to make a plan for delivery as soon as possible. Queen delivered a day earlier than expected and the company took our old bed with them. Apparently they give the old beds to various charities. Then we even received a follow up call to make sure, we were happy with our purchase. Queen, you made the experience really a fantastic one. I would recommend Bed King Ferndale on Republic any day.
