It has only been 2 months of staying here and I already cant wait to move out. Here are the main problems:1. Their early lease termination fees are very expensive (3 months rent). This is because they know that most people will want to leave and they want to lock you down as much as they can.2. Very poor maintenance and slow service. I reported a broken window 2 months ago and it still hasnt been fixed (In winter!). A few tiles are broken and those have not been fixed as well. All you get from the management are excuses though you pay rent!3. Nosie levels are not bearable. Really not ideal for working professionals who need to work from home.In my opinion, this is the worst place to stay in (especially for the price they charge). Run!!!!!!!

Vibrant neighborhood, open parking, a free gym facility, very neat and I loved one of the bachelor flats I viewed. A modern open plan with amazing window design stretching from the bedroom towards the sitting area.

This is the last week of my lease agreement. During my stay, 1 car was stolen. 3 cars lights were stolen in broad day light. No one is no longer parking at their parking spots because they don’t feel their cars are safe. The cockroaches were everywhere, seems like management is doing something about it though. The place overall is not something I would recommend, management is friendly though but everything about the place is a disaster, I couldn’t wait for lease agreement to end.

These apartments are built like a hotel.Proper for the young professional or student but not for a family.

The roach infestation is really too much hey. The place is beautiful but the roaches though. They are everywhere, they misrepresent their contract, its a mess!

I went to view a unit here recently. The room was filthy with litter still left on the floor. They had made no effort to make the unit look presentable. The service we received was also poor.

An excellent excellent apartment block

If you looking for a place to stay, no matter how desperate and pressed for time you are, do not stay here. The pricing is super ridiculously high and not worth it. Nothing “luxurious” its just a new establishment. The security is horrible, anybody can get in there. People’s cars have been stolen in this “secure” establishment.Maintenance does not exist! I literally lodged a complaint about a light that had burnt out and I even left without it being replaced.Again, this place is ridiculously expensive! Why should I have to pay for me car to park where I stay when there’s more than enough parking space.

Great value for money, best finishes in the area. excellent security and maintenance has been efficient. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent apartment blocks

Ever since we moved-in in Jan, there have been roaches and worms till today (its December). We have complained about them but all they say is that we will attend to the matter sometimes we get no response. Our room is situated next to the bin area, and somehow the area is connected to the ventilator from our bathroom, whenever the bin smells, the smell gets through our unit. Our experience didnt go well in this place hey.

Poor management, don’t even bother reporting anything to them. It’s a new establishment but already infested with cockroaches, no one cares to do anything about it. Poor security, everyone just walks in and out as they please. One tenants car even got stolen in the parking. Student res type of environment, only way more expensive!PS. All the positive reviews here are laughable and probably posted by people who are paid to do so. Don’t get tricked!

Awesome!!! Attention has been paid to small details. I love the lobby area. I really like the amenities like the gym and free wi-fi. Well managed, this place really cares about its tenants.

Bad security , poor management . Had my Toyota Fortuner stolen at this place while the security were sleeping at night . Poor access control . People walk in and out as they please . Another vehicle was broken into during the same night. Management don’t care .
