Security have no assistance about tenants who hire things from companies and refuse to return them. They assist tenants to be thiefs. They have no backup laws incase of emergencies. Police intervention is needed to resolve matters of the securities at the complex shen they are the law. Worst ever. Dont stay here

Northgate Heights complex has been the worst complex have ever stayed,so much regret. They treat you like youre living in an hostel.now I tried to recharge my electricity only to find out that someone has deactivated my account,despite the fact my rent is always been paid on time. Then why on earth would someone be so mean and wicked to block me from purchasing electricity with my money and when I tried calling the number given to me by the caretaker he hung the phone on me saying this is not a working hours... hmmnmm

Dont consider this complex ,totally regret it.firstly the network is ridiculous, nothing works not mtn, voda nothing .The rules are not rational its like u living in res .The securities are rude i have numerous problems with them .Overall not a friendly place to stay at dont be fooled by the modern look

I recently just moved in, everyone was on the ball prior to moving in. Happy with the place, modern and decent fixtures. However, once you have a problem it takes forever and continuously following up to get things done. I’ve been there for 2 months now and still waiting for them to attend to my snag list. That’s the only thing I can complain about, also the gym needs a lot of work.

Wow, wow. This place feels like home now, with NEW SECURITY GUYS IN OUR GATE.,VERY MUCH FRIENDLY WHILE DOING THEIR JOB PERFECTLY. REALLY APPRECIATE THE MANAGEMENT.

Guys please please look for another place to live. These flats are nice, they look good. But the rules will make you feel like you live at Res back at University. Please reconsider especially if you are a young person with a social life....

Been living here for the past 6 months, everything is great apart from rude security of which I personally got into a verbal altercation with.I dont like the fact that electricity can get switched off by security guards as they please and when you query it, their excuse is that they dont know the reason as to why, knowing very well that they are the individuals who put it off.They then give you a run around between complex management and body corporate. I do plan on taking the matter up with the body corporate and would be pleased if they could get back to me via email ([email protected]).

I have lived here for a year although the apartments are nice the rules are only enforced when it suits the security otherwise nothing is done and some of the rules are not thought through.

I have moved out of this place, waited for my deposit for the whole month only to find out no one has requested for my refund, the lady i spoke to sounded like they couldnt even find my notice or know that i moved out. The building manager has not been picking up my calls since i exited the gate. i just want my money.4 months ago : I have lived here for close to two years. Never missed rent but my oven has not been working since starting February and AFCHO has been giving me the rehearsed our portfolio department will be in contact with the electrician. These are the same people who were offering me to buy their units, if you cant fix a mere oven how can anyone want to be bound to your business forever.I understand why people are moving out

Very very noisy on weekends. Security does nothing to curb noisy neighbours. Quite a ghetto place. Its a shame because it is a beautiful complex.its ben a few months since this post. not a thing has change. do not live heretrustees are useless. security is useless. caretaker is useless. this place is the absolute ghetto....

Very nice, beautiful Estate apartments, well run.The Estate Manager was very professional, helpful, efficient and fast organizer when we solicited a rental apartment.We did not move into because something personal came up but I would love to live there and I am planning to do so in the near future.

Rules are good and clean and quite with very peaceful people. As for visitor will enjoy. Pool is small that dont have busy swimming as I like it.

Lack of professionalism, ubuntu, not informative, u can just detect that there is idleness as portrayed by the so called security guards with the hands in their pockets and lack of respects - just wonder what do they learn before they r qualified to be there.

A few month ago, moved into Northgate Height was excited and loved the view and modern setting.But over the months sadly not really happy about this complex. The complex is extremely noisy and people that make this noise get away with it. We were told no dogs in upstairs units and we have a dog that is locked in the houses and barks ALL day!! We were told only smaller dogs allowed, we have a big dog downstairs that also just barks away.Our internal communication is not professional receiving 5 to 6 messages of scolding like we are not paying and being given free accommodation.We had a lovely gym R70 per month to at least compensate the already the water, geyser (boiler), electricity and refuse (which to date i do not understand. If we pay R450 for refuse what do the owners of the apartments pay levies for? Anyway now the gym membership has sky rocketed.The price for a good view and modern apartment :)PS no visitors after 23H00 so they can sleep at the airport or make alternative arrangements , no bring mates back from the club lol

A very beautiful upcoming upscale townhouse for the young professionals and new families, though still being built its wow lovely bathrooms and lovely floors .. Esp loved the master bedroom with a combo of shower and free standing bath tub....😊😊😊
