Phoned to make an appointment. Receptionist dont tell you that you not allowed inside.The Dr wont even see you. You wait in your car after you have been screened. What is the point in screening then? Phones you way after your appointment time. Ask your symptoms then send out your script and at the same time charging you full price. Will rather take my hard earned money somewhere else. This diagnosis I could of done with Google for free.

Thank you for the wonderful care from the team at Medicross Malvern today. My husband waited at the Trauma at Crompton for 1 hour with no assistance. I fetched him and brought him to Medicross and they were excellent. From the Reception to the nurse and Dr Ramsaroop. Really appreciate the awesome job you guys are doing

This is a convenient medical centre to get to. The wait can be long. But good doctors. The dentists are very good. Easy parking access. Centrally located.its recommended to make an appointment. These can be done online too. The area is safe and secure. Quite a few options from dental to x rays. Cash and medical.aid is taken. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its wheelchair accessible.

Phone forr appointment was told by a gentleman at 9.30 got there dr was only coming in at 13h00. Make then a new appointment with the dr. At 13h00 now they lost the file being here since 12.45 2 hours later still here😡🤬

Rude doctors, rude staff and you a guaranteed to wait 45 minutes minimum after your appointment time.

I found the staff super friendly and helpful. Had to have an extraction and it was done gently and with great care. Very good experience all things considered.

From the reception who took the appointment to the fron desk staff, shocking behaviorLets not mention the Xray department, on the phone then looks for the doctor that didnt complete the details accordingly.First, and most definitely the last time. Still have to go back to see the doctor

My family has never had to wait very long to get in to see a doctor here and we are always walk ins. We absolutely love our dentist here, he is amazing and I have heard good things about the others too. Their medicine dispensary however is incredibly slow and I never feel like I can ask their pharmacists any questions.

I want to commend Natasha on her customer care service. Several times I have been in and called she goes above and beyond to help. She is exceptional.

Excellent service from the Dental team Dr Gathiram, his assistant and Sinhle. They assisted me with quotes with medical aid. If it wasnt for them I would have just given up 😷😁♥️

I am here from the States on holiday and needed medical attention so I made an online appointment with Dr Smith that was confirmed.I got to the Drs 15 minutes ahead of time. There was a sign that said emergency patients first, appointments second and walk in patients were seen last. A walk in patient was pushed in before me with Dr Smith and Iended up waiting 2 + Hours to be seen to. Outrageous! When. I went to cancel and ask for my money back I was told the Dr was looking for me so i saw Dr Gounder. I paid almost R900 to see him for less then 3 minutes plus a wait of over 2 hours. I will most definitely NOT recommend Medicross Malvern. There is no excuse! Had I waited in the clinic area I wouldve been seen earlier. Totally disgusted!

Useless. Wish i could give zero stars. Appointment at 14.15. Sitting there unattended at 14.50. Never again. Do not go to Malvern Medicross. Esp dr gounden. I left without treatment

Dr Tim Smith is the best GP.Dr Rahul Gathiram is the most amazing dentist. He is an absolute gentleman and is exceptionally good with kids.

Made online appointments for 9am twice.. Had to wait for the doctor to get in. First time was only seen at 9:30 the next time Dr comes in and calls another patient who was there after me.. Sevice here is unreliable.. Dont make 9am bookings for Dr Michael shes never there

Just disgusting disgusting service. Made an appointment early only to find the doctor wasnt coming in that day. Been waiting for ages and no one is remedying the situation. UNPROFESSIONAL. I am disgusted to say the least.
