We visited this BP during the week of unrest with riots and looting, and the organisation and safely felt here was unmatchable.We waited maybe maximum 30mins to get into the garage and fill up due to their efficient system.

This morning I had such a shocking experience at this service station it was unbelievable.I Want to share this with all of you, this morning I went to Northdene BP service station to get fuel. I got there to the pump station at 8:20am. To my surprise nobody attended to me, I waited there to watch 4 cars that came after me get service while I looked on.I saw the time now it was 8:30am I then called out to 1 of 6 attendants who was on duty doing nothing while I waited at the pump station.I asked the young gentlemen if you are closed and he replied that he was not closed. I asked him why did the team not attend to me.? He was shocked and all of them replied they thought I was taken care of.Each one of the attendants saw me and they knew I waited long and I told them that thier service was shocking and unacceptable.I am appealing to the owner of this service station to review your camera footage for this morning and see for yourself the service that I recieved.I was parked in a White N-series Hyundai i 20,i arrived at the service station at 8:20am and left at 8:31am with no service at all.I ended up getting late for work this morning to be honest with not being attended to.I then drove to Northdene Caltex and recieved wonderful service.I went to work late but the service I recieved from Northdene Caltex was worth me going late to work.I am so dissapointed with Northdene BP service station but today I realised that managing your employees costs nothing but loosing a customer costs more.Kind RegardsBradley Joseph

Well well well 🏅 Was l blown away... I popped into this BP garage and shop. Pretty, the young lady behind the till came out to me in the shop and offered to help me shop as l use a walking stick. My spirit was immediately lifted by her wonderful gesture and kindness. South Africa you are beautiful ... keep striving for greatness.. this is the best country on the planet. Ordered a hotdog special earlier this was around 16h30 I hadnt eaten the entire day thought Ill grab a bite on the way home. I couldnt even get a single bite down disgusting there is no other way to put it. The traditional sausage was hard and tangy tasting it also had hardish bits in it. Came home and gave it to my dogs. Also the Wild Bean area was untidy. The manager needs to take more interest.

Great place for a fillup and to get some basic groceries, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming and they always have great special offers. Its also great that they have an in house Wild Bean Café to get a quick meal before work! The only drawback is location, its a bit difficult to get in and out because its in a bit of a dip and the entrance and exit is a very steep climb.
