Government agency responsible for the granting of cross border road transport permits.

Worst company to deal with. Paid via cheque on the 27th of May.On the 4th of June they told me payment wasnt cleared. Went to FNB twice and both times they confirmed payment was cleared Spoke to Kele and she said payment wasnt cleared after 8 days????? I have to phone back in 20 min. Yeah, as if they answer the phone. Took me from the 27th phoning every day and only got thru once.

Worst company to deal with, they are just good at reaping people off.Its not only unfair but ridiculous to be forced to pay R5000 for failing to submit an old cross border permit within one month after expiry.is that even legal???

Good service but finding parking service is not easy.

Standing in a line is never great, but these guys do have efficient procedures in place. Here, the early bird does catch the worm.

Over 5 hours wait for a 3 month permit, system pathetic like most of our wonderful institutions

THIS COMPANY ISNT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. i HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE APRIL 2017 TO GET A LEDGER AND OUTSTANDING INVOICES FROM THEM TO RECONCILE THE ACCOUNT. tHEY OWE US R5060 AND THEY TERMINATE MY CALLS AND NO ANSWER. IS THIS WHAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH????????? THIS IS ABSURD!!!! USE SOMEONE ELSE
