Great residence with a great spirit and the best residence in terms of private space and amenities. Dont let them calling it an academic residence fool you though, it is as uncondusive to study as any of the residences.

Lived at Tuksvillage several years back. This university residence had been by far one of the best residences I have come across, individual rooms are quiet small, but the space is sufficient for a student. The only issues I had was the communal facilities i.e. bathroom, kitchen and ablution facilities; which may become a problem amongst eight students as far as cleanliness goes. Nonetheless there is cleaning staff who keeps the place clean.

From what Ive heard of the tenants, life here is satisfactory but the rooms are quite small and you have to share a lot of utilities, like a bathroom and kitchen, with at least 7-8 people.

Safe and decent student residence
