A beautiful suburban park, close to the city centre. The park is easily accessible along Soutpansberg road with ample parking along the perimeter.The park is popular with joggers, dog walkers. Benches and picnic are scattered around the park. Along the eastern end is a kiddies jungle gym.Sport facilities include soccer fields, tennis courts and softball fields.Generally considered safe, the park is popular during all seasons.

Great experience playing football there. Gets busy with amateur teams competing . Watering points and benches available.

A nice park to relax with family and friends. Pet friendly. Play areas and picnic areas. The city council can do more to maintain it but still a good place to go.

Great well maintained park that has a play area with swings, slides, etc. The park has a few tracks that can be used for cycling and jogging. Tennis courts also available for members only. The parks also a great place for picnics as there are a few places with good shade. However, most of the parking space is outside the park.

A great family park for kids to play at the playground and ride bikes and play ball. Mainly a sports park for baseball and hockey players. A community park for all!!

Pretty awesome park to say the least.There are just a lot of people moving around and sneaking up on you and stealing your stuff.Still,a fun and clean park.

The place where I walk dogs. Such a beautiful oasis for dog walkers large enough for everyone. Much space for soccer games too. Love the community vibe it has. Good for social gatherings like picnics too.

Rietondale Park is lovely and well maintained. Great for walking, riding bikes and walking dogs. The Rietondale Tennis club is also great if you want to get more active

Love this park great for the kids and just a nice place for a stroll.

Family can enjoy bike rides with the little ones while having a picnic.Grass need cutting in December though.

Huge, great space with lots of tennis courts, playing fields, small playground and a little area for food/social gatherings.

We need more skate parks..This park is a testament to the Apartheid gov.. its equipped with facilities for Boring sports like cricket, softball, hockey, a tennis club.. But neglects important sports like skateboarding, rollerblading, n bmx.. Not one quarter pipe, ramp, or grinding rail.. the least they could do is give us a smooth surface and well build the rest ourselves...Tswhane is a flop... Cape town is adding new skate parks, I say we do the same... cmon...

Frequented by local residents as well as sports enthusiasts, the park is well used all year round. From Sundays soccer playing groups to tennis, hockey and other sports groups using the park, the park also offers a playing area for children and dog lovers often gather to train or just walk their pets. Host to a tennisclub, a mountaineering club and a walking/running club, the park has select areas where dogs can walk off-leash. After the recent rains, (October 2017) the park grounds look lush and green again.

Went to the Rietondale Park. It was safe, clean and refreshing.

Our visit to the park was a pleasant one. Clean and neat. Love the green soft grass and shade that the trees supplies. I honestly dont know if there are any better parks left in in PTA any more.

This is a huge well run municipal Park with a number of sports facilities and extensive walkways. The paved walkways loop and intersect the park.The park is popular with dog owners and joggers alike seeking exercise.There are numerous concrete tables and benches for families to use for picnics.There are some parking areas in the park but many drivers park outside on the quiet tree lined suburban roads.

Business relay was nice

This is by far the largest park I have visited. Plenty of play areas and jungle gyms for the kiddies. This park has pretty much everything, from tennis courts, hockey, soccer, cricket, baseball, rugby and netball. There are lots of benches and chairs to rest on as well as a paved path all the way around the park making it easy to walk through. This park is always alive with activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Fantastic place for sports, practice, exercise, a picnic and just taking a stroll. My only concern is that maintance is goung backwards.

Nice place to walk, but sadly the dog-owners dont cleanup after their dogs....lots of poo lying around, even on the cement paths.
