Dr JD Vrey assisted with my delivery when my Dr was not available. Good bedside matters, I met him on the day of my delivery and I was more comfortable with him than the Dr Ive been seeing for months.

Dr Niemand is extremely sarcastic, inattentive and literally ignored everything I said during my cesarean... I also am allergic to anaesthetic (the one they inject) and they forced me to take it even though i said no, ignored my requests when trying to get attention on an odema or birth plan requests... never checked on me or apologised after the procedure. My blood pressure alone should have killed me. (Caused by the allergic reaction.) Never had any feedback due to the matter and it was ignored.

Received excellent care from Dr Vrey. Very happy with the outcome.

Very bad follow-up service from Dr and/or receptionist. After consultation and medication, we needed to phone in a week if medication did not work. It didnt work, we phoned and then needed a prescription for follow-up procedure. It took a week, and 5 phone calls and 3 cancelled radiologist appointments, to eventually get this letter. PATHETIC. WITH A HISTORY OF BREAST CANCER IN THE FAMILY, ONE SHOULD THINK THE DOCTOR WOULD RESPOND QUICK. BUT OBVIOUSLY HE DOESNT CARE.
