The staff is shockingly rude. They bumped into me 3 times the dont apologize at all. I will never return.

I got turned away twice because the receptionist & doctor wanted to leave early. Thats all I have to say about that place.

Today I went in for a script and the receptionist was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me however, the pricing for a script is ludicrous. I was charged R500 for a script where I did not even speak to the doctor and I was told that it was because I was being charged as a new patient even though I have been going to this exact branch for 3 years. The pricing is obscene and well above what you would pay for a script at another doctor. I will not be returning.

The best Dischem by far. Being sick in bed, I requested from the chemist prescription meds to be delivered. The chemist proposed Vitamin C tablets + lemons. Believe you me ... promptly all was delivered, lemons included! Im still on cloud 9. Dischem Hillcrest by far the best chemist in my books!!!!!!

I waited for over an hour while the doctor was with one patient. When going in to the room the doctor smelt of body odor. He then did not make a proper diagnosis and was fixated on irrelevant information. My consultation did not go through medical aid because he did not diagnose properly. I consulted someone else at a later stage who made a diagnosis that the dischem doctor did not even mention.He tried too hard to make jokes and instead just made me feel irritated and uncomfortable.

Great place but very immature arrogant & ignorant little girl they put by the reception, from the minute i stepped in i could see her rolling her eyes, her attitude towards my enquiry was even worse, never going bck there again, she made the atmosphere really unfriendly. Please put professional staff infront.

Minimal effort, but will visit if everything else are closed.

I asked the doctor what to eat/stay away from for my condition and he told me to google it. It seemed very dismissive. Dr. Mello was the name i think
