On the 8th of June I had a knee replacement with Dr Jan de Vos, at Die Wilgers Hospital. The operation started at 8 oclock and was finished at 10 oclock. I was in no pain This afternoon I had to walk a few steps. Getting my leg off the bed was quite sore and the step was slightly sore After the first step I had very little pain It was for me almost a painless operation My knee recovered very well, had no problems. I walk pretty far every day, climb stairs and can bend my knee easily.Most patients were discharged from the hospital after one night.I would recommend Dr Jan de Vos with the utmost confidence for all knee, shoulder and hip replacements
